Very good communication, fast shipping, reliable webshop. My only gripe is about the quality. The product I received looked slightly different from the photos, but in the end worked with my watch.

Purchased 3 x 18238 Gold links, part of the package as advertised was to include 2x Spring Bars
I requested the 2x missing Spring Bars as they were not included when package arrived
Was notified by Gerard that the advertising was incorrect and the Spring Bars not included
I paid Retail price for Links inclusive of Spring Bars and now have to Buy 2 Spring Bars( False Advertising) at my cost
Please note as of 10 January 2026 items STILL ADVERTISED with 2x Spring Bars included if you purchase Gold Links
Note False advertising

Great Resource
My order went without a hitch. Found the watch part I needed at a reasonable price. Delivery went perfectly, on time, and in good condition. I’m a hobbyist watchmaker not a pro. Will continue to use EWatchParts as a resource.

Great Service
I've placed a few orders directly through their website as well as on Ebay and every transaction has been smooth. The products have been solid, packaging is great, and shipping was pretty fast. I'm actually wearing an early 60s Rolex 1675 with one of their handsets as I write this, it looks great.
