TOTAL SCAM COMPANY - do not book with this company. They take your money for your booking only to then find out the tour is full and they will not process the refund. After a lot of back and forth and blatant lies - the refund will take 2 to 10 business days. Unacceptable and I'll be escalating my complaint if the refund is not processed

Super happy with an $800 saving
Booked an experience that cost us $2000 (a lot less than direct through the supplier) which we were super grateful for as it was an $800 saving for us but when the voucher was emailed to us it was the wrong date! A lot of stress overnight waiting for the office to open as there were only 2 spots left available for this tour. 15 minutes on hold but the staff were amazing and did their best to change back to the date we booked. After another stressful hour, success our originally booked date was fulfilled. Can’t wait to go. Confirmed our now correct booking direct with the supplier and super happy with our $800 saving

Easy process and great family day out
We bought tickets for Symbio on our way there and it was so easy. Paid and the tickets populated on screen straight away, with the barcode for entry. We arrived and the online ticket line was shorter which was great. Symbio itself is fantastic for kids of all ages, so cute and well kept. Easy to get around in a pram, the water play area and park are great to take a break. We loved the open kangaroo feeding paddock and the farm animals. There are live shows and lots of animals to se and interact with. Highly recommend, a great day out for the whole family.
