Had an amazing experience with Fenton. From picking out the engagement ring, to ordering, to shipping, the team were always so helpful and welcoming. The ring is also so stunning. We liked them so much we immediately decided the get our wedding ring from them too.

My partner proposed on my 30th birthday at Port Lympne in Kent with the most beautiful pink sapphire engagement ring from Fenton.
Unfortunately the ring was slightly too small but Claudia was extremely helpful when we got in touch with Fenton to book an appointment to come in and resize the ring.
She was really helpful and able to advise me on choosing the right sizing and my ring was re-delivered Friday re-sized and I am over the moon with it!

Every member of the team that I've dealt with at Fenton have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. From advice with regard to ring sizes, helping out with the design process and any after care questions, you're in the safest of hands. As I work in London, when I've needed any assistance I've always attended their office in person and have been very warmly welcomed.
I also love that they are an ethical company, this was hugely important to me!

What an exceptional experience it was purchasing a bespoke ring from Fenton’s was!
I can honestly say I have never before experienced customer service like I received with this company! Nothing was too much trouble for them. I had several appointments to get the ring just right, and wow did they deliver! I picked up my ring yesterday and I can say it is a thing of beauty!

I have just had my bespoke ring delivered and could not be happier with the finished product! From start to finish the process has been so smooth, susannah and sophie contacted me by email, call and facetime to design the perfect ring and kept me updated throughout the process. They even managed to get the delivery in time for my holiday.

My experience with Fenton was fantastic and they would come highly recommended. Excellent in the initial consultation. Then they were on it with communications after this all the way through to purchase and delivery and after care. The piece was made and delivered within the timeframes quoted, and it was exquisite.

We will always come back to Fenton for our jewellery needs and couldn’t recommend them enough! My now husband proposed to me with an emerald trilogy ring, and we’ve treasured it so much. The wedding came around this year and we didn’t think twice about going to Fenton for our wedding jewellery. We ordered our x2 wedding bands and an emerald necklace. I decided to go bespoke for my wedding band as I wanted a diamond band and needed it to fit around my emerald. The process was seamless and despite me having a wobble about my final choice, the team were incredibly helpful, supportive and quick to respond. I dealt with Sophie mostly as well as Henna, and I thank you both so much for taking me through the bespoke process. I can’t wait to celebrate many more happy occasions with your beautiful jewellery.

I recently bought an engagement ring for my partner from Fenton. I know very little about jewellery apart from what my partner likes. I had a look around other sites and couldn’t see anything I thought she would like.

I came across Fenton by chance and am very glad I did, the range of their products instantly caught my attention. I had a virtual appointment with Sijj who showed me some rings including the ones I had said to her were of interest to me. Sijj was so helpful and knowledgeable, really straight forward and friendly, which was great for a jewellery rookie like myself. I felt very confident going ahead with the purchase after my discussion with Sijj.

Was kept in contact the whole way through the process with Sijj, making sure everything was good and I was happy. The ring came about 4.5 weeks after purchase, it’s absolutely stunning and incredible looking. Can’t wait till my partner sees it.

The Fenton team were fantastic from start to finish. After weeks of deliberating and help from Sijj I ordered and the process was very smooth. The item was ready earlier than expected and Emily was very kind and helpful in dealing with my many changes deciding when it was to be delivered. I have and will recommend Fenton to others.

The staff at Fenton know what they’re talking about, they’re quick to reply to emails and my ring was delivered safely & promptly. My only critique would be that when going to the shop itself, it would be nice to have more variety of rings to try, but I understand that the range is limited due to it being a bespoke service.
