So pleased with our new gas fire. Bought the Dru Circo balanced flue gas stove from here. It looks so fab and I can't praise them enough for their service. Chris has so much technical knowledge and was really helpful and patient with us. This is the kind of service and attention to detail you just don't get from online companies. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a Flavel Caress HE fire and was told it could take up to two weeks to arrive, it actually arrived in three days. One if the fire bed parts was broken, we informed Fires2U, got an email back straight away saying they would inform the manufacturers. The new part was delivered two days later. Excellent service by both companies. I would certainly recommend them.

could not fault the service, i had an issue with a damaged fascia, contacted fires2u and it was promptly dealt with, fires2u dealt direct with the manufacturers and the replacement part arrived the next day (two days earlier than advised). good communication throughout. i would definitely use the company again based on their after sales service alone.

Carried out a lot of research before finally deciding to purchase the Flavel Decadence Plus inset gas fire from FIRES2U. The price was the most competitive I could find and the customer service I received was excellent. I was regularly updated as to when the fire would be delivered from the manufacturer, excellent service.

Great experience from Fires2u. Have been trying to Purchase a Galaxy Aurora gas fire for several months with out much success. But when I contact Fires2u by e-mail they sourced me one in several weeks direct from the supplier at a great price.

Very pleased with the service from fires2u. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We ordered a Flamerite Hudon fire which was over a hundred pounds cheaper than anywhere else.
Product had to be ordered and being as it was over the Christmas period would take a little longer to arrive, which we were informed off at time of purchase.
We were kept informed and fire was delivered exactly as promised.

Many thanks to Emma and the team, they have really demonstrated the true meaning of Customer Service. I had questions about 2 specific products, they were answered very quickly and the information provided was very clear. I ordered a gas fire and a fire hearth and surround. The fire was delivered very quickly, as expected. When I placed the order it did sated the fireplace would be dispatched in 4 to 5 weeks. Import of the unit was delayed by Brexit and the additional volume of goods being imported which impacted when the ship with my goods could not get into port. There was a delay of a few weeks, however, I was constantly updated by Fires2u as they heard from the supplier. They did a great job of handling a situation which was totally out of their control. Given their focus on customer satisfaction I would no problems recommending Fires2u, 100%

Ordered a flamerite glacier, it was by far the cheapest I found and I checked every supplier.

The ordering was smooth, and it got delivered by the date promised. Customer service was great, can’t fault it.
