I booked with Flight Centre through a recommendation. I have always booked independently but thought I'd at least get a quote. The prices were very competitive (flights UK to Sydney) so I went with Flight Centre for the first time. Jodie looked after me brilliantly and everything got sorted smoothly. I was even more glad to have used the Centre when our flights were affected by the war. Jodie and her colleague Shell were so supportive, giving hugely helpful advice and steering me through what could have been a very stressful process had I booked direct with the airline. Having them offer personal over the phone 'human' advice was invaluable. They helped me make the decision which sadly ended up with needing to cancel, but have helped me secure the refund.
