This is our third time of booking our Australian adventures with Ruth. Every time she has been "spot on" with suggested hotels, flights even tourist attractions. Absolutely fabulous lady to deal with, very knowledgeable and always makes things happen "like magic" and more importantly, stress free! Lady is a Travel Industry Queen.

We were in Australia so the time difference was awkward. Due to the situation at Dubai airport we needed to change our homeward travel plans. Caroline kept in touch, including out of normal office hours, to try to resolve the situation. Really good support in a worrying situation.

Very helpful and accommodating with what we asked for . Got back to me with flight options very quickly!

I always book flights, holidays through Flight Centre. My last flight was to the Far East via United Arab Emirates but, due to the war, was cancelled.
I would like to thank the staff at St Albans (Shel and Julia) branch for the professional way they handled the situation, keeping me fully informed at home and finally starting the refund process for me.

Jodie at the Flight Centre was great, she didn't rush us, she answered all our questions promptly and was very efficient when booking our cruise. I would 100% recommend her.

Caroline found good flights on very short notice for me. She was extremely helpful and efficient. Caroline re-routed flights for me to avoid the Iran/US conflict. I’m so grateful to Caroline for creating a smooth travel experience for me as I had to travel at a very sad personal time.

Kunal was very helpful in finding us alternative flights following the Gulf issues as we had Qater flights which were cancelled.
He found us flights which were cheaper than anything we could achieve online.
He was friendly and efficient and we will happily use him again in the future.

I had excellent service from Jodie in the St Albans' branch. An initial enquiry about a long-distance trip was greeted with enthusiasm and there was a genuine wish to be as helpful as possible. As I planned the details Jodie was completely conversant with everything. She fine-tuned the quotation and promptly dealt with a query about car hire. Very impressive.
In Jodie's absence on one occasion Michelle was extremely helpful answering all my queries.
I particularly liked the way that agents call one back when they say they will - a rare treat these days!

I was panicking as the troubles in Dubai stopped our original travel plans, so I got in touch with the flight centre and Julia sorted us out perfectly with courtesy and patience…

Imagine you wake up the morning before your flight to the other side of the world, only to find that your flights are going to be cancelled because of hostilities breaking out in the hub city en route.
The despair is awful. Then imagine receiving a phone call from your travel agent informing you that she is doing her best to get you booked with another carrier.
Then, within ninety minutes, you get another call from her to tell you that you are all booked up for travel with no delay to your schedule. Not only that, but an updated travel itinerary emailed too.
That’s what Caroline Pepper did for us. We are forever grateful.

My Travel Consultant was Shell Harris. I needed to make urgent arrangements to travel to Australia for my sister's funeral. Shell was patient, constructive, creative and charming. She produced an itinerary for me that totally met my needs. An excellent experience.
