Flight Centre UK - Flight Centre St Albans Reviews

Julia was amazing when we originally booked and has been just as helpful sorting out a cancellation because of health problems

Julia planned an amazing family holiday for us in Costa Rica. She arranged excellent hotels, a reliable hire car, and well-timed flights. We’re fairly independent travellers and organised all our tours ourselves — which is very easy to do in Costa Rica.

I’ll admit I’m not the easiest person to please, so the fact that I’ve already reached out to Julia again to plan our 2026 trip really says it all.

I have past experience of the service offered by Julia and ALWAYS go back to her because of her unrivalled determination to go the extra mile for her client

Talking to a human being. Caroline was great, understood my needs and was efficient and prompt in responding to them.

Shell Harris In St Albans office

I will definitely use her and Flight Centre again.

Very prompt and helpful reply to my flights enquiry

I booked flights with Flight Centre in St. Albans back in March 2025. Caroline has been extremely helpful in guiding us throughout the process and keeping us informed of any changes to our schedule. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing to ensure that we have got the best deal. Now we are in New Zealand and were looking at the possibility of extending our trip. Caroline responded promptly to our queries, and has fully explained the costs involved, enabling us to make a more informed decision. I would definitely recommend booking any future flights with them.

Had the most amazing experience with Jodie when booking our trip to Thailand. Not only did I feel relaxed and my mum put at ease but I felt I always had someone to help us almost like a friend! Couldn’t thank you enough for the most amazing experience and can’t wait to pop back in to book our next trip. Thank you Jodie!

The service that we received from Shell at Flight Centre was absolutely superb. She met all our needs and was so helpful with our booking. This is a once in a lifetime trip for us and Shell has made it possible. I was recommended by a friend, and would not hesitate in recommending others to Flight Centre.
