The roberts carpet roller is no good
The roberts carpet roller is no good, the wheels fall off all the time from day one and one wheel has even broken. I was actually about to write to you and complain. All other items are goid and the serive was goid. This of course has taken the edge off the good service.

Second time delivering these tiles
Second time delivering these tiles. 32 sent this time 12 were broken.

We use DX for our deliveries and, unfortunately, items can occasionally become damaged while in transit. While this is outside of our direct control, we always ask customers to get in touch with us as soon as possible if there is an issue so that we can do our best to put things right.
We can see that the damaged tiles have now been replaced for you, and we hope everything is now as it should be.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we got this resolved.
Bevel coping tool
Ordered 2 bevel edge grinders but recieved the wrong ones after a quick call to Phil to explain i recieved the correct ones next day....used to bevel indian stone ...look rustic due to the riven face but the grinder bit worked brilliant and definitelyworth the money ..customer very happy ...will defo use them again and would highly recommend them ....many thanks to Phil for sorting so quick

It took over a month to arrive
It took over a month to arrive, with no communication as to why. I only found out because I had to phone them to see why it was taking so long, and then I was told they were out of stock and waiting for it to come in. I would have ordered it elsewhere if I had known.
