The service from this business is shocking.

They may as well be called “Wait, Meet, Eventually Greet.”

You’re asked to call 30 minutes before arriving, which I did. Despite doing exactly as instructed, nobody was there to meet me, and there was no clearly communicated meeting point at the pick-up/drop-off location. As a new customer, you’re left wondering whether you’re even in the right place. Their phone signal is also extremely poor, making it difficult to get any clear communication.

When someone eventually arrived, I wasn’t given any paperwork or receipt confirming that they had taken possession of my car. You’re therefore handing your vehicle over to someone without any real documentation or reassurance that you’re giving it to the right person.

The return was even worse. I was told to call when I arrived, which I did. I was then told they would be there in around 10 minutes. It took approximately 45 minutes for them to arrive.

When you combine that delay with the lack of paperwork and the inability to get a reliable phone connection, it’s completely understandable to start wondering where your car is and whether you’re actually going to get it back.

The phone signal is so poor that trying to communicate with them feels like they’re operating from the moon, and judging by how long it takes them to reach the terminal, they might as well be.

To add to the concerns, they also disconnected my dash cam. That only adds to the questions around what happens to your vehicle while it is in their possession.

Overall, this was nowhere near the standard I would expect from a meet-and-greet parking service. Very slow response times, virtually no reliable phone communication, poor organisation and a lack of basic documentation.

Use this service at your own peril. If you do, expect delays, poor communication and a customer experience that falls well below what you would reasonably expect from a professional meet-and-greet service.

Great service , called 30 mins before arriving and was met promptly, on return called when through customs and car was delivered within 10 mins , fantastic and will use again

Great experience, staff member was waiting for us at the meet & great area on our arrival, and turned up within 5 - 10mins of ringing them on our return. No issues encountered, will definitely use again.

Read some of the reviews after booking and was very nervous. We had no issues at all with the service. We needed to change the car registration last minute and they did this with no problems. Service was efficient and car returned in the same way it was left.

Very concerned after reading reviews on here but too late to change the booking. We were met by a polite staff member soon after arrival to drop the car off and on the return home a driver delivered the car in less than 5 minutes. Really pleased with the service and value for money and would definitely use again.

Please heed all the warnings about this extremely dodgy company -Forge Meet and Greet Parking at Bristol Airport . As per instructions we called the provided number before arriving at the airport . The number just said it was unavailable and to try again later . I tried numerous times all the way to the airport. When we arrived my husband tried on his phone and the call was answered by a very rude man who asked us why we hadn’t rung earlier . When we explained the calls were being cut off, he said that was because it will only take calls that show their caller ID . Due to my work I do not have caller ID enabled but could have if that had been made clear which it was not.
When we returned on the 11th Aug we called to retrieve our car , and were told we were being charged an extra £30 due to the booking only being
booked until the 8th . We booked a 10 day parking package from 1st to 11th Aug and despite showing this email confirmation as proof ,they refused to release our car until the £30 had been paid via a payment link they sent to us. Obviously we had no option but to pay it so we could get our car back .
They also said they should have charged us extra for a van as our car is a VW transporter .
There was absolutely no mention of this when booking , they had our reg and make/ model in advance and there was no mention either when we dropped the car off .
I can see from the numerous other poor reviews that this company has a record of terrible service and dubious practices . Wish we’d done our research beforehand. Will definitely never use again

I was highly concerned having read other reviews but was unable to change the booking. Contacting for drop off was no problem. Happy chap collected. £8.50 payment as detailed. Chaos then ensued with bristol airport closed and all flights cancelled. No problem getting our car back with a very understanding staff member. Thank you for being the best part of a dreadful day.

We booked Forge at bristol airport. We read all th summary about £7 being left in the car and then and £7 needs to be paid after they drop the car off to you. Now what they didnt tell us and we saw in the email confirmation after paying was, that they wanted you to pay £8.50 on a contact less device directly to the driver before handing the keys over to you.

I have contacted the compare company and they replied about the 2 x £7 fees, but when I showed them £8.50 demand, they stop replying and its been over 2 weeks now. Save you momey and go directly with Silver Parking at Bristol and dont get conned by these goons. Im in thr process of reporting them to the bank and ombudsman.

DO NOT Use forge for Bristol airport meet and greet. There are many brands on the web ie forge, A1 , exec meet and greet ect but are all the same company. The cars are stored 20mins away and will take over an hour to arrive at a quickest They will give you a fictional time when you ring and send you to the short stay car park to wait. All of the staff are non English as a first language which makes it hard to communicate. Better to pay more and use the silver, it will be quicker and safer. When I complained the response was " what do you expect when it's cheaper than onsite, be grateful". Avoid at all costs

I don’t know how this firm gets away with the shocking way it operates budded charges no free transfers poor customer service it’s like dealing with the mafia so beware?

Do not use this company . They are unavailable and totally unreliable . No reply on phone number when tried to contact 30- 45 mins before arrival and no response to what’s app message or answerphone message - Left us stranded without parking at airport at 4am and flight due to take off at 6.15 .. shockingly diabolical experience .

After seeing recent TV reports showing cars being left in fields, I checked their Trustpilot reviews and found exactly the same pattern of terrible experiences.

I tried to cancel my booking. Yes, their terms say no refunds, but consumer rights are very clear: a company can only refuse a refund if they genuinely cannot re‑sell the space. I cancelled 18 days in advance, so it’s extremely unlikely they couldn’t rebook it.

Since then, I’ve had no response, no acknowledgement, nothing.
Instead, they’ve attempted to add six extra bookings across my two cars, claiming I would “pay on arrival” for each one — something I never authorised.

This behaviour is unacceptable and deeply concerning.
Avoid this company completely.

Absolutely brilliant service. I had an issue with tyre pressure on the way to the airport. I contacted APH who then got in touch with the Bristol Forge team and provided reassurance about my vehicle. Very responsive and very reassuring service.

Called to say that we were 20 minutes away as asked. When we got there they still weren’t there. Rang them and they said as they were going to be another 10 minutes I would have to pay more money for them to exit as they would have been over the 10 minutes.

On collection they were prompt and they were there. However car was filthy. The man bringing it back literally passed me the key as he was on the phone and just walked off. No checking who I was or anything. So if anyone was to wave him down they would have got a car!

Dont use this company lied to us saying car was on its way total shambles

Drop off at the airport wasn’t too bad, we were met on arrival and the handover was quite easy.
On returning though, the experience was very poor. As instructed, we phoned once we’d collected our baggage and were told that the car would be there in 15 mins. In reality, it took more than 30 mins for the car to turn up - not something you particularly want after a day’s travelling. Once in the car, I realised that the driver seat had been completely re-adjusted - height, back support, recline, travel - the car is stored approximately 1.5 miles away, did it need such a comprehensive re-adjustment?

I also discovered that the dashcam had been disconnected - do they have something to hide?

A better example of good customer service would have been to return the car in the same state as it was handed over, with driver seat & dashcam returned to their original states.

The drop off the calls went to either vm or just rang which was a concern. They advise you to have £7 cash in the car to allow the driver to exit but we were asked to pay £8.50 on card. We waiting over 30 mins for the return of our car. They did not keep us informed of the delay and kept advising 5 mins. Driver arrived and informed us The Boss had promised a time that was not achievable. Won’t be using them again. NB- Bristol airport

Car came back to me damaged. They’d broken key, wing mirrors and taken parts off my car

When I asked the driver, he became confrontational in public, getting in my face, swearing and raising his voice in the drop off point.

Rang the number - he blocked my mobile. Rang off girlfriends phone, on realising it was me, he blocked her phone too

Rang the next day off another number to ask for an email address. Got called a Karen and shouted at and hung up on again.

I’ve got it all recorded and documented. Do not use this company.

I spent an hour waiting at Bristol Airport repeatedly calling the number to request someone to bring my car. The calls went unanswered until 12:15 am when I eventually made contact. This was a terrible service will never use again!
