I went here 18th august 2023 for a facelift with dr sedivy. I asked for lower blepharoplasty surgery as well but didn’t end up going for it. Consultation with dr sedivy was rubbish I couldn’t hear a word he was saying and when asked to repeat what was said he got easily agitating and muttered something in his own language. he told me all could be done with local anaesthetic I had no idea what this was but just knew I would be awake. Price and details all discussed and agreed before going to the clinic until you get there and there is communication barrier and miss understanding with prices he just seems to keep adding extra to it(other reviews of this place say the same regarding pricing)the ladies here are 100% the best experience about this place they are so attentive and caring but not dr sedivy. I emailed clinic not long after saying I didn’t see much difference they asked me to give it more time fair enough I also said how I felt 1 side was rushed through more than the other and they said about skin and tissue not always being same on both sides true I don’t know about surgery as I am not a surgeon but I do know the side that got less attention is hanging more than the other.I am 6 weeks post op and still see no difference so here I am £3400 down(not including flights, transfers and hotel)with no difference to face and lower lids not done I cry everyday I can’t even look at myself in the mirror. I am not saying avoid the clinic that wouldn’t be fair as the young ladies who work here are lovely just avoid dr sedivy at all cost. I have emailed the clinic regarding my concerns and awaiting a response I will update when I have it

I travelled here from the U.K. for 3days.I'm 5weeks post op.i had an uplift and implants with Dr Sedivy.im 100% satisfied with my results..my cuts aren't too big they're under my crease and neat.nipples have sensitivity and nice shape.no problems healing.i love my new breasts.The staff are lovely the place is clean and the food was lovely.i will be back for more treatment.thank you 😊

I underwent liposuction of my thighs and abdomen with Dr Baran, because even exercise didn't work on these areas. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick consultation(which was online) and the procedure. The communication with the doctor and the clinic staff was perfect. The procedure was done under local anesthesia. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and the recovery was not painful either. I am very satisfied with the result and the post-operative care. I would recommend him to anyone considering this procedure.

All the nurses on the ward and Dr Baran were very pleasant, dedicated, discreet and sensitive. The Body-Jet procedure was carried out without the slightest problem or pain. When I left the clinic I felt fine. I only had bruises and minor pain around the suctioned areas.

Traveling to another country to have surgery is a huge deal.
You need to do your research.
I did, over nearly a year. I found Forme Clinic, I researched the doctors and went for Dr Vasek.
I am currently 3 days post Upper Blepharoplasty, sitting at home and feeling wonderful.
I had very very fatty hooded eyes. My before and after pictures look like a different person.
I still have alot of healing to do, but this review is about the Whole Package.
From day 1, emailing and my communications with Kristyna right up to being picked up at the airport and dropped off as part of the package.
My time there and the friendly staff.
The clean and welcoming clinic that is comfortable, modern, and accessible to all.
There was never any issues with language. Everyone speaks good English.
Offered help, advice and tea or coffee.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The day of the surgery is tough, but I felt very at ease.
Dr Vasek is a man of not many words, but informative and straight to the point and that's how I like it. His nurse was lovely and spoke to me and made me feel secure.
I was informed of everything from start to finish, given a good care package to take home. I had no issues whatsoever.

This is the first time I have ever done anything like this. It's not easy and can be very nerve wracking, but I made my choice and I made a good one.

I know for a fact, in the future if i ever need anything cosmetic surgery wise again, I will be coming straight back to Forme.
You pay what they quote, no hidden extras. Free airport collection and drop off. Everything is transparent.
A clean, modern and friendly clinic.
Only 10 minutes from the City Center.
Beautiful modern apartments above the clinic.
A very good aftercare package, with alot of English printed paperwork.

I study my eyes every morning and I am very grateful to have found Forme because for me it was financially viable. But because it is a third of the price than UK, does not mean the standards are lower too.
I won't hesitate to go back.
I hope this review can help others to live their dream and not let it be a pipe dream.

I underwent rhinoplasty with Dr Vasek 9 days ago at Forme Clinic. About the nose itself, I must say it's looking good and on the right track and loved it when he removed the splint but the healing process of a nose surgery is super long and unpredictable so, as much as I am loving the new twist on my old nose (exactly what I wanted, it looks like an improved version of my nose, so much so my mom agrees it looks like the one I had when I was a kid, before I developed a hump hehe), it's way too early to tell. It's slightly more swollen on one side so it's not completely even which is a normal part of the process and I need to massage it but I have a check up with Dr Vasek in a week time to see how things are looking then (but he agreed he was very pleased with the early results). I have very thick skin so I will probably see the final results in one year time, fingers crossed! I can assure you Dr Vasek is very experienced and knows what he is doing, but again, nose jobs are very delicate and unpredictable even in the best of hands, so if you're considering it, know that you'll have to be patient and trust the process :) now, the reason I'm writing this review so early: I had a minor complication one week after surgery. I live in Prague, my parents came to visit for the surgery and first days of post op but by that time I was alone in my apartment and my nose started bleeding like crazy (I hadn't had nosebleeds during the whole process, only very little on the first day), and once it stopped it started again. It was a lot of blood, so I panicked and called the nurses and they told me to go to the clinic. There, the bleeding started again, then stopped then started again, there was another doctor that came to check on me and in the end with the medication all the bleeding stopped. However, they advised I stay for the night. I want to say that when I was bleeding so much out of my mouth and nose (it can happen, but it looks scary when you're experiencing it and especially so long after surgery) I was in clear distress and the nurses, nurse assistants and even the other surgeon (from Slovakia, I am really sorry I forgot his last name, I think it's Dr Benes) were really reassuring and calming. They called the anesthesiologist in case the bleeding had to be stopped again on the operating room but he advised against it (also thanks to him for being so kind before and during surgery, he spoke Spanish to my parents as they don't speak English or Czech and was very nice and comforting and explaining the whole process) as it could be dangerous to go under in that state. Thankfully, the bleeding stopped (probably there was some wound, I guess we'll never know) but they took me to the post operative room to monitor me during the night and so I could be close to the nurses in case I started bleeding again. I must say I wasn't in danger or anything, but I appreciated this level of care and confort. They gave me some light food as well. The day after, as i still wasn't bleeding, they advised I stay another day but at the apartments above, and that's when my surgeon, Dr Vasek, saw me and removed the splint and checked my nose. He informed everything seemed fine in terms of bleeding, that it was strange it happened at that point but that while rare it could happen and that I was ready to leave the next day. Also, I was of course ready to pay for my two-night stay at the clinic, as it's not even expensive considering you get every meal, 24/7 care by nurses, and the medication after, etc. (It's roughly 40 euros per night) but I was informed I would not have to pay as it was because of a complication. I really appreciate this because I didn't ask for it to be for free, in fact I asked if the price would be the standard one or extra, and in the end this is a business, they could've told me to pay, as I was expecting it and wouldn't have complained. They also gave me more meds included like the first time. Last but not least, I want to thank again Dr Vasek for coming especially to check on me, the other surgeon that was on duty the day before that checked on me and reassured me and made sure to talk to me so I would calm down, all the nurses (Jana, who was caring for me, and the ginger girl, the one with glasses, everyone on that night shift, sorry I don't remember all the names, and the male nurse that cared for me today), and the nurse assistants, Veronika, etc for the amazing care and empathy. I wrote everything in so much detail because I know a lot of people come for surgery from abroad, and when choosing a place you want to make sure they'll take care of you in such a vulnerable situation and, at least for me, besides obviously getting good results from the surgery, this is the most important as health comes first. I now hope everything goes well with the rest of my recovery :) Again, thank you!! And see you soon.

In September, I had a full abdominoplasty with Dr Dychus. I had put off this surgery for years because I was so scared and had to raise the money. After a long search, I finally contacted the Forme clinic, where they arranged a consultation with the doctor - I didn't pay any fee for it. The doctor was fantastic, very clear in his explanations and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions. So my first impression was great and that was why I made an appointment a few months later. I had a coordinator to help me with the organisation and everything went smoothly. There was a taxi waiting for me at the airport when I arrived. I had all the necessary tests before the procedure. I was quite nervous before the surgery, but the staff were kind and put me at ease. The doctor, nurse and anesthesiologist were very helpful. I felt pretty good after the surgery. I had some painkillers so I didn't feel much pain. I was in the clinic for a few days and received very good care. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the food very much. The nurses and doctor checked me several times. After my stay at the clinic, I was transferred to a nearby hotel where I stayed until needed. Then I was able to fly back home. The scar healed quite well and quickly, and after a few days I slowly started to walk. My tummy looked good after a month, I was happy that the excess skin had disappeared. Now after two months it looks good, but the final result will take up to a year and I can't wait. I'm so glad I chose this clinic and this surgeon.

I went to Forme clinic for a neck lift with doctor Bartoskova. I was concerned about incisions/scars being visible and before the surgery the Dr has reassured me it would all be discreet and unnoticeable behind my ears.
It is now 5 weeks post surgery. One side around my ear seems to have been done perfectly well.

However, my other side is a mess and now deformed. The incision around my lobe does not follow my lobe contour (and is twice as big as is on my other ear). My lobe has been pulled and it's lost its shape. Then, incisions have been made UNDER rather than behind my ear. Not only does this mean it's completely visible and obvious, but it's also created an unnatural and weird-looking crease and bulge at the ear-to-jaw line. My jawline is now also less defined than it was.

So now, if I want to keep this private, I need to cover this area at all times with my hair. On top of it all, now that the swelling has gone down, I can see that I still have A LOT of excess, loose skin on my neck that hasn't been removed. I am worried that results that are supposed to last a decade will only last a few years if I'm lucky.

When messaging the clinic, they seem to take no responsibility, not even acknowledging they had done anything wrong. They simply tell me to continue wearing the compression garment (which has got nothing do with it, and which I had worn religiously 24/7 for 2 weeks and then nights for another 2) and that scars fully heal after a year (after my first email they said wait 3 months, now it's a year) - when the issue is that it's in the WRONG place, not how fast they heal.

The fact that one ear has been done so perfectly neat and cleanly and the other is such a mess really shows that Dr Bartoskova knows how to do her job but simply couldn't be bothered to pay close attention. Her work is unprofessional and it feels like they don't care about the effect this has on people's lives.

The clinic nurses and staff are lovely and the service organising everything from the UK was great. However, the main ingredient here is of low standards, and now I have to start looking for somewhere in the UK that's willing to fix this.
Do not waste your time and money, invest more here in the UK and know you'll be getting good results.

I had a breast augmentation with Dr Lhotsky in May. He's amazingly nice and understands your wishes. My breasts are exactly the size and shape I have always wanted. Thank you to the doctor and also to all the staff at the Forme clinic in Prague who are very friendly.

Dr Vasek is truly a master of his trade. I could not have been happier I chose Forme clinic and Dr Vasek to be my surgeon.
Plastic surgery is on the all time rise yet very often results look exactly that - plastic! I believe Dr Vasek approach differs and the results are very natural looking, features that suit face and compliments proportions rather than following a trend.

It was a great experience with the Forme Clinic and Dr Vasek, who was my rhinoplasty surgeon. At first I was a little hesitant to travel abroad, but the price of the surgery convinced me to do it. And to be honest, I don't regret it. From the first consultation, I had a very good feeling about the doctor. Since then, I spoke to the coordinator who had been in constant contact with me. On the day of the operation, they did all the necessary tests. I was nervous about the general anesthesia because I had one surgery a couple of years ago and I didn't feel very good after waking up. But this time it was no problem and I felt quite good, I was just a bit thirsty:-) After a few days in the clinic I moved into the clinic apartment. The care was fantastic, they were constantly checking me and making sure I didn't feel anything. Recovery was not painful, the worst thing for me was that I couldn't breathe through my nose those first few days. Two weeks have passed since then and my nose looks good. It's still swollen, but it's looking better every day. Two days ago I spoke to the clinic about some inquires and it was no problem to get in touch with the doctor. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a reasonably priced plastic surgery.

One month ago (today) I went and had a tummy tuck & liposuction of hips (with Diastasis recti) with Mudr. Jiří Bayer. Dr. Bayer was careful and courteous as we went over the procedure. The surgery went smoothly and everyone at the clinic was very nice and made sure my stay was comfortable. After surgery I spent 5 nights upstairs at the apartments which I can also recommend.

I am healing very well with no issues. I had to fly back to the USA and they also completed the forms for me to be approved to fly.

I planned everything with Kristýna V. with no less than 70 emails back & forth planning everything and she's a star! I highly recommend the Formé clinic and I am waiting until I can schedule my next surgery with them.

I am 6 weeks post op after having a full abdominoplasty and liposuction with correction of the muscles. Me and my sister traveled together for the same procedure from the UK. Kristyna was our client coordinator and she was fantastic throughout. Our surgeon was Dr Dychus who I can honestly say is an actual magician! The results are beyond both our expectations! We have both healed so quickly with no complications. Thank you Dr Dychus. The Clinic itself is immaculate and we were so well cared for by all the staff. We stayed for 2 nights in the clinic then moved to the attached apartments for another 2 nights before flying home. I would highly recommend Forme clinic and our amazing surgeon.

I want to thank you so much for the wonderful approach and for the valuable advice of Dr Baran, who is a wonderful person. Thanks to Body Jet liposuction I lost an incredible 12 kg in a few months, which I never managed before, I tried different diets, exercises, which unfortunately did not work out. But this liposuction literally changed my life! I am so grateful for this experience. I recommend anyone who has a weight problem to give it a try. I try to keep healthy and move a lot more than before. My goal is to maintain this weight for as long as possible. Thank you again very much.

I visited the visited the Formé clinic in February 2022 to have a eyelid lift, the clinic was recommended by a friend who had a same procedure there, I am extremely pleased with the result and would defiantly recommend them, was an easy process with good communication from initial enquiry to procedure, was collected and returned to airport via the clinic and the staff where very helpful and friendly and surgeon very knowledgable and reassuring. I would defiantly go back again if need more surgery

Don’t waste your money having a facelift procedure here with Mr Vasek. I had my Facelift surgery last July 2021.

I previously had a consultation in the UK and was told that I required a SMAS Facelift and neck lift.

I found Forme clinic on an internet search so I sent off my photos and they replied with costs and nominated Mr Vasek to do the surgery. I was told that Mr Vasek only did SMAS facelift as basic facelifts don’t work.

A few weeks after surgery when the swelling had gone down I was concerned over the result as there was no improvement. I contacted the clinic and was told to trust the process as it can take up to a year to fully show.

We are now almost ten months down the line and the last emails I had from the clinic Mr Vasek is saying that my ageing was too much as my skin was too wrinkled, ( something that we should have discussed at my consultation or perhaps the next day after surgery when he came to see me to say how well the surgery had gone ). Honestly I could cry! I don’t have any wrinkles, the main reason I wanted a facelift was because of my neck and marionette lines. I actually questioned with the person who I was in contact with if Mr Vasek was looking at the right persons photographs.

They have asked me over to the clinic so that Mr Vasek can “explain” why this face/neck lift didn’t work, but I honestly can’t stand the stress that would be involved. I don’t want an explanation I just wanted a surgeon who had integrity enough to be honest with me concerning what was possible against my expectations.

Just don’t go to Formé clinic Prague. The clinic is beautiful and the clinic staff are lovely and so kind but what good is that when the surgeon is incompetent.

Hi had breast reduction. Tummy tuck and liposuction in Feb 2017 and was extremely pleased with the service and results. I was that pleased I booked in for a SMAS Face lift and eyelids in Aug 2020. Former Clinic had moved to more improved premises and I was not disappointed with Service and my results. I have many friends trusted my feedback and now booked in for their own treatments in the coming months.
I am looking to go back for further treatments in next 12 months without hesitation.

For me, nose surgery was a truly life-changing decision, so I spent many years deciding whether to do it or not. I was looking for someone who’s an expert in nose surgeries but still for a reasonable price. Now It has been 2 months after the surgery I can say I got exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier! Dr Vasek is caring and truly listens to his patients. He explained the surgery and also recovery process precisely and everything went exactly how he described it. My nose looks great and also natural. It also fits perfectly to my face.
