After upgrading my broadband I was not getting the connection rate that I expected. The very helpful assistant at FreeOla talked me through the necessary steps, and arranged for an Engineer to check my line.

A couple of days later and I had an engineer fit a new master socket, free of charge of course, and now I'm getting the rate I'm paying for.

Customer Support from FreeOla has always been superlative on the few occasions I have needed it over the last 20 years. Bravo.
