Hi everyone. I am updating my review, due to excellent customer service from Fridja. Sadly I had to send my oven back, which saddened me as it really is a lovely oven. If you’re thinking about buying one, do it, it cooks beautifully and looks lovely in the kitchen. I was one of the unlucky ones who had a faulty oven. But don’t let that stop you. Thank you Joanne for your kindness and fabulous customer service with me.

Sadly my previous review might have been a bit too premature. My oven is now not working, it’s hardly been used, I purchased it on August 9th and delivery was a few days later. I switched it on to cook my son’s pizza and E C came up on the front of the touch screen. Nothing else on the touchscreen works. Turned it off for half an hour, changed plug sockets, nothing works. Have done everything to solve the issue but nothing. Touch screen is unresponsive and E C is flashing. Such a shame as it’s such a lovely oven. Hopefully someone will contact me today.

The Fridja F800 citrus juicer is the best one I have ever had. I use it every day for orange juice for breakfast and have done for the 18 months I've had it. I love it so much that I've just bought a second juicer as a spare as I couldn't be without it. Fridja is brilliant.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. The postage was incredibly fast, and the tracking was spot on, keeping me updated the whole way.

It is rare to find a company where both the delivery service and the item quality are this outstanding, but they completely nail it. I purchased a Fridja portable blender in February 2025. After limited use, it developed a fault, which I reported in June 2025. Fridja replaced the motor base under warranty, citing water ingress during washing as the likely cause. I disputed this, as I had not immersed the motor base and had used the product with appropriate care.
The same issue reappeared in August 2025, and I reported it again while still within the warranty period. Because the fault was intermittent, it was difficult to demonstrate consistently at the time.
The blender has since failed completely. I recently contacted Fridja again, this time with video evidence of the fault. However, by that point roughly five months had passed since the warranty ended, and Fridja advised they could not assist for that reason. No repair, replacement, or alternative solution was offered.
I understand companies must apply warranty policies, but a fault first reported during the warranty period, and one the original warranty repair failed to resolve, deserved more consideration than a straightforward "warranty expired" response.
This review reflects my personal experience with both the product and the after-sales service.
Update: I've since located a video from 10th July 2025, taken at the time the blender first stopped working again, which I then formally reported on 19th August 2025. This further documents the recurring nature of the fault.

I am extremely pleased with my Fridja garment steamer and Fabric Shaver.

The Garment Steamer is excellent quality and performs really well. It removes creases effectively and leaves clothes looking fresh and well presented.

A useful tip I discovered is to hold the steamer at a slight angle and steam upwards from the bottom of the garment rather than steaming downwards. This technique gives a much better finish, removes creases efficiently, and I have found it helps prevent water marks on fabrics.

The steamer works brilliantly even in eco mode, which is a great feature for everyday use. The cable length is also very practical, giving plenty of flexibility and making it easy to steam larger garments without constantly having to move closer to a socket.

The Collar press is a great addition and makes steaming collars and cuffs easier and more effective.

The fabric shaver is also excellent quality — it works really well at removing bobbles and refreshing clothes, making fabrics look almost new again.

I would also like to highlight the outstanding customer service. When my original parcel was delayed by Royal Mail, the Fridja team were very helpful, kept me updated, investigated the issue, and arranged a replacement without any hassle.

Overall, a fantastic product backed by excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Fridja.

On recommendation I bought a portable blender that I’d never heard of to replace my Blendjet. It took a while to arrive, but that was UPS’s fault, plus packaging was pretty banged up and parts missing. I’d had regular contact with the company including on the weekend which was great. The blender works great, but the company still offered me a new blender or a refund. I accepted the refund which came really quickly. The service was on another level actually and would happily recommend this company. Well done 👍🏼😎

Great customer service and prompt positive responses to emails

I am very much enjoying my Fridja f2500 juicer, it’s so easy to use, and makes great juices.
The ordering process was absolutely brilliant, and my machine arrived within a couple of days.

It is a really nice juicer. Quick and easy to setup. Extracts most of the juice from the fruits. Is a bit tricky to clean though - but no big deal. Overall a great product.
The company is quick to respond to the queries.

This is a great juicer and really easy to use. The trash come out really dry so you know it’s extracting a lot of the juice from the fruit or vegetables which is also a good sign. It doesn’t have a lot of different pieces to wash up making it convenient too. Delivery was really quick and customer service were always at hand to answer any of my questions and queries

Absolutely great product. Much more easier in every way than my previous one. Wanted to try Fridja after reading so many reviews which this product truly reflects. 100%recommend this to anyone who wants to invest in cold pressed juicer.

It has more power than others and a long power cord which is ideal for steaming your bed clothes.

I have been using my Fridja f2500 Self Feeding Whole Fruit Juicer for nearly 2 weeks making 5 juices a day and I am very pleased with it. It is very easy to use, creates a good amount of juice and is easy to clean. Noise level is not to great, certainly less than a centrifuge juicer. Very pleased with it and would recommend it.

It's a great little steamer but when it died and I found the only way to contact Fridja was via email, I thought I'd never get it sorted in time. Customer Services got back to me almost instantly and really pulled out all the stops to get me a replacement - day saved! It's really nice these days to actually find a customer services department with a heart. Thanks Fridja :)

Great portable blender, highly recommend!
I recently got the F500 Portable Blender and I’m really impressed with its performance. It is compact, powerful, and very easy to carry around. It blends fruits and protein shakes smoothly without leaving any big chunks. The battery life is great, and cleaning it is super quick and hassle-free. Perfect for daily use or taking to work.
