Furlenco does not stop harassing you
Furlenco does not stop harassing you. it is seriously the most unprofessional company. I have been mentally harassed every day for the past 8 months. I have tried everything and even raised complaints with them but to no avail.
I have been pushed into serious anxiety and trouble because of their behaviour. They have been billing me wrongly and have made me pay for their own negligence.
Every day they call from different numbers. It's a very very very dangerous team to deal with. They act like mobsters and I worry about small-time retail consumers who have to go up against such companies. they have honestly made so many of my days terrible just by exploiting their human resource power and repeatedly sending me wrong bills and making threatening calls. I am not kidding. it's a very very unprofessional company. stay away for your own good.

I was contacted by your legal team for Furlenco payment. It just goes to show:
a. You haven't read the mail thread or
b. Unable to process the legally documented calls from FURLENCO and me
Reiterating, timelines as your team doesn't understand:
February 2020
I placed an order with Furlenco
March 2020
Initiated cancellation of furniture, was told I had to pay a minimum of 3 months as per your "Legal Policy"
Please check your call records.
May 2020
I followed up again and was given the pandemic excuse, all this while MY account was running. Why didn't you close it?
September 2020
Collection of furniture
After being harassed multiple times by multiple Furlenco reps, who all said they would move it to higher officials but never did. In particular a Farheen from your team, who doesn't understand english or knows how to talk decently
Questions:
- Furlenco, you should technically be paying me for housing your furniture for an additional 5 months
- My rent is Rs. 25,000, Warehouse prices in accordance, you have to pay me Rs. 25,000/month (Rs.5,000 * 5)
- Please minus the charges I have to apparently pay you, would still be a sum of Rs.18,500 only
Kindly let me know when you will be doing this.

I rented some furniture with Furlenco for some 6 months and then i had to discontinue and asked them to terminate my contract. They did and pickup was scheduled in March. But then lockdown started and i had moved to my other flat. I called them to notify about this and they said it will be taken care of after a huge discussion. Then after the lockdown, they call me suddenly and ask for furniture pickup. I agreed and asked someone to go to that flat to make sure they can pickup. And after that pickup, the horror started. First they never paid me my security back. Then they charged me for all those months of lockdown even after the contract was terminated. And then they are still spamming me everyday with emails and text messages to pay some dues rather than paying me back my deposit. This is a thug company. Stay out of it. They will overcharge you when you don't see it coming and they will spam you to death. Worst experience!
Also i had furniture and some other items from Rentonmojo and Renticle. They worked with me to sort things out instead of being frauds like furlenco.

unprofessional team and worst experience with Furlenco
This is such a disappointment I Have been trying contacting your customer care team but there is no response from you team yet. From last one week I am chasing to your people every time they just hung up call or say I will give you a call in an hour or 15mins but they never call me back.
Almost 1 week earlier I spoke to Fathima Noorien from your team and she gave me offer that if I swap my bed with sofa then she will give me 25% discount on my 10th September to 9th October bill. And I have received this mail also from her that now I have to pay just Rs. 1723. And she also said by next day you will receive the revised bill. But again and again I am receiving the bill amount Rs2298 to be paid .
I spoke to lot of people from customer care like Fathima Noorien, Shoaib, Anthony and many more I just don’t remember their name. You guys are just making a fool out of me and I have all the recordings . It is just a harassment you guys are doing to me . I am tired of calling you guys again and again and telling the same story to all your customer support team . Sorry to say that but this is such an inappropriate behaviour. I have also lot of work and i am holding my work just to contact you guys and it’s not at all fruitful. If I had to purchase furniture from Furlenco I will get 100 of calls from your team but if some issue is there in bill then no one will give you call after speaking to n no. of people in your team. I was not aware that this is your customer care team and this is very unprofessional behaviour from your end by harassing customer in such a manner.
I am just asking for the revised bill of Rs.1723 so that I can pay before 15th September else fine will be applied on that. Hoping that you will respond to me on my this mail ASAP.

Very Bad Company, totally unprofessional staff, very rude behavior. Rented 4 products, from which 3 products are faulty. Customer care dept. is not ready to listen, and it is not for customer. Please don't go for Furlenco.
These guys are not ethical.
When you will request pickup for furniture they will take eternity to schedule the pickup and during all this time they will charge the rent from you. It feels like a strategy to squeeze every penny from the security amount.
Worst service
Furlenco has a very rude and bad support team. Those who were unfortunate to subscribe to them during Covid time would have experienced that already.
Due to the incompetence of the company, they could not arrange pickup on requested dates and then unnecessarily keep charging the customer for the same. Any request for cooperation is entertained with foul language such as used by goons for payment collection. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go for their services. Highly disappointed.

These guys are fraud, they don't pick up the items on time even though termination of subscription was placed a month ago and I'm being charged extra for their fault. Please don't rent from furlenco.

Staff is not supportive, they will send thousand of emails and sms if your payment is due. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. They have all policy which force you to pay for all 3 months even if you want to terminate.

Worst service ..they are misusing lockdown and earning money out of it ..pickup was scheduled for March nd as lockdown started they are asking me to pay money . After lots of calls what they are saying is they will give 20% off which is the late payment fees they have added.Iam not using still they are asking me to pay. Not at all happy with service, though I have sent many emails and explained about my problem over the call your team is not understanding. Keep me charging when I'm not using your products due to lockdown. If possible, pause it n charge only when I'm using, else I can help you guys to pick up the product by telling our owner. You do that at least, I don't want to pay when I'm not using it.
1. They won't take return on time and charring you one-month extra bill.
2. They won't refund your deposits as they would say multiple reasons like products damaged and maintenance charges
3. No proper response from customer care when you ask for termination
4. Misleading pricing... They never mention that you need to subscribe for at least 3 months... And the process of closing the subscription was also a pain.

I have worst experience with Fulenco and that too twice. The furniture is good no doubt but what they do, when you want to return and stop the order, they delay your pickup date because of their own issues and charge extra for those delays days even after when you get confirmation from them multiple times. they deduct the amount from your deposit for those extra days even if it is not your fault. And after that, they will never listen to you. the second time, I have taken the pickup date before one month then also they delayed it by saying some personal issues. So please be careful guys. And I am sure this would have happened to many people renting from furlenco.

FURLENCO IS THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO COUSTOMER CARE
Disgusting customer care, which has no accountability n can only lead to the harassment of its customer.
After one n a half year of renting when I finally ended the subscription, the pickup agents who were scheduled to pickup the furniture didn’t turn up on the scheduled date because of his personal problem. After a lot of hit n miss a final date was decided after a delay of a month n all because the pickup agent wanted to come at his own cinvinient time which was clashing with ours. Finally during the pickup he broke my wifi router while transporting the furniture. All this happened n the so called customer care was duly informed about the same.
Till date which is almost 3 months I am following up with them to settle my account n instead to refunding my security deposit n compensation of the broken router they are forcing me n harassing to pay off n entire months rent. Everytime I call them they will make me repeat the whole ordeal n give excuses regarding the case. False promises to getting back with a solution enrytime.
In fact I told them that I do not wish to get any claims of security deposit n compensation just to finish this case. To which they positively replied to wave off n finish the case. But all in vein. Till date I receive calls from their harassing recovery agents.
Overall I urge people to stay away from this company if u want to save urself from this harassment

Never trust Furlenco and give your money, they will never give your refundable amount back...it has been 2 months for me and they never returned my amount. Every time when I call they tell we will call you back or mail me and never do so.I have spoken to all cutomer care people of 100o times till now no proper updates and they give unacceptable reasons for delay. I would people to go for other rented who are very trustworthy when returning your money. I can give all the proofs for the comments I have written here.

Ladies be careful from their staff
I had placed an order for my fiancée who had shifted to Pune for joining a new company. I was helping her with the accommodation and further with the furniture. While their website looks too amazing and their customer services shows to be excellent, their warehouse team is overly cheap.
1) They came 1 hour late for the delivery
2) They came with the wrong bed and said the one which we ordered is not in stock and will be getting that one in few more days.
> To make the matter worst, their warehouse delivery guys continued to use weird and disrespectful tone, which was looking highly pathetic. Their body language was completely odd too. Somehow, we both felt harassed, we were just opting for a rental furniture, we expected complete professionalism from their entire team.
Furlenco believes that by renting their furniture they own the house and they own the people whom they are renting to.
It's a strong advise, BEWARE of FURLENCO staff. If you are getting anything delivered, please make sure there is someone at home.
