Pathetic service
Pathetic service, even after ending subscription they are not picking product rather sending bill and asking for money, whenever tried to get clarification on bills no one from service answer it, even number of call back requests were sent but never call, the only time they treat you good is first time when you order, after that they just need money. Its a pathetic and very bad service, its better to buy from market and resell after need on online platforms available.

Moreover their delievery agents ashish and sanjay they should be immediately be removed from thier jobs they don’t have the courtesy to how to speak to a customers

The most pathetic service ever! They make you pay for a year and don't refund if you are unhappy with the product! Please do not rent your furniture from this rent service provider. It takes you ages to reach out to customer service and the emails are never seen.

First month they sent me a wrong invoice, they took literally a month to amend the bill.
Also, I have put a request for pick up 4 days back but non of the executive have come back to me or contacted me yet.
I waited for more that 15mins on call to get connected but failed to connect.
I think this company doesn’t care about their reputation.
The worst customer experience ever
The worst experience ever. I have ordered an Activa 5G, they scheduled to deliver two times and never delivered. Every time I call them, they tell it will get delivered today and at the end of the day they tell its delayed from our delivery partner (Royal brother), so we are postponing by 3 days. The customer support is the worst and the worst experience ever. I finally ordered directly royal brothers with approximately the same price. They have delivered the very next day. If anyone want to rent a vehicle, please order directly from royal brother.

Absolute fraudsters. Very nice to prospects until you rent, and then they rip you off, and NEVER answer phones and deliberately delay picking up furniture that you don’t need anymore.

I booked a bed which comes with a mattress but the mattress was so horrible it actually felt that there is no Mattress when requested to change it they said they said it would cost extra , i agreed later on they said as u have paid the money it cannot be changed , ridiculous, be very carefull when u deal with them , they will change the delivery time , date , everything as per their convenience

Not one star, they don't deserve any star guys. Don't take any furniture for them i have their rented furniture and i have been paying them for more than 1 year and every month i am paying them too but they are so pathetic they abuse you so badly and send you many msgs again n again in just seconds and even call you again and again. There are two ladies i am putting there numbers here 9999265423 her name is Soniya from Banglore team and the other one told her name Niyati, number is 9667919517 they abused my wife when she was in her office with her client while my wife had promised them to pay you after reaching home after 6pm but at 5:30 they called her and msgs her many time and abused her and a week before she just paid them 6000 rupees even paying them every month still Furlenco customer team abused her even she had faced that before also. And she called one of their manager or maybe team leader name is Gagandeep, number is 7303630343 He didn't reply her and when she sent him msgs with all proof he ignored and replied i am talking to team but he didn't solve this matter.
So personally i am advising you guys don't buy anything from them they are just looting you and at point they forget who they are and from where they are earning.
Furlenco team don't forget your limit if somebody is not saying anything don't take him or her for granted otherwise one day will come and you will face a big loss in your business and life too.

Unmitigated Harassment / Dubious Practice in Invoice Generation
I had a harrowing time ordering furniture with Furlenco. They have a dubious auto-generation process for generating invoice. Even though I had all my furniture marked for return, and the furniture being picked up, they continued to generate a bill claiming that the services were in use for nearly a month after they had been picked up. Going from the experience of other users, it seems like this is standard practice to overcharge users and avoid repaying the deposit. Sharing this in public interest so that customers have run their due diligence before.
