We have just had Our three sitter settee repaired by the Furniture Medic. It is unbelievable, cannot believe how different it feels to use. The workmanship is fantastic doesn’t give it justice. It is simply amazing and unbelievable. The quality is outstanding. Customer Services amazing and is unbelievable. How nice these people are. We are now going to do our other leather three seater settee as we cannot believe how amazing this has been done. The price for having the work carried out is extremely fair and it’s worth every single penny, quality of workmanship is outstanding. It’s like having a brand-new settee. Superior restoration and repair. Thank you . Definitely would recommend.

Some time ago we decided we needed to replace our leather three piece settee, which would have been very expensive. I decided to see if there was an alternative and I accidently came across Furniture Medic at Redcar. We popped in one day, even though we live in North Yorkshire, and we were immediately impressed with Alan and his son Oliver. They came out to visit us to give us an idea of what it might cost to replace all the stuffing, make good all the worn bits and dye the leather to a colour we preferred. They took away the single, swivel recliner, followed by one of the two seaters and then the other two seater, and the quality of the work is absolutely outstanding. Don't expect a quick turn around because with perfectionists, they make sure the work is first class and not rushed. Overall, I think we have saved at least £5k by renovating our 'old' suite rather than buying a new one. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the work, with the new colour and the professionalism of the company and would be delighted to recommend Furniture Medic without reservation.

I’m sure not all are the same as it looks like these are a franchises.
However, the cowboys we had to do a simple job.
1) not only lasted weeks
2) didn’t even complete the job
3) still had the audacity to charge nearly £600.
I would suggest they look at who they have work for for them. In a world where it’s tough for everyone, you could do with out being ripped off. A lesson the fools that came to us need to learn. I never want to see anyone out of work, I also don’t think people should be robbing other people/businesses.

Just received my beautiful chaise longue back from furniture medic. Reupholstered and covered in amazing printed velvet by 'Becca Who' it is stylish and looks new, whilst retaining old memories of times past. Service from furniture medic was outstanding from start to finish - friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to Shaun, Nigel and Adie, and to the office staff. It was delivered and returned on the days and time windows they offered and nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely first class service from Furniture Medic in Dorchester. From my first enquiry about respringing the seat of my 20 year old Tetrad sofa, it was effortless. A very quick response with a quote, that we accepted straightaway. The sofa was collected at a pre agreed time and the gentlemen who came were excellent and very helpful. After a couple of weeks, it was ready and....we had a lovely surprise, the actual cost was around half the cost of the quote as they had not had to do so much work - how refreshingly honest as we would never have known. The sofa was delivered back when agreed and, its fabulous, just as it was 20 years ago. What a result! A much loved sofa will hopefully go on for another 20 years and we have not added to landfill which was also very important to us.
