I have had multiple dealings with Garton Jones over the course of the last 17 years, the team has always been pleasant, professional, and easy to deal with. Most recently I have begun dealing with Paul Reville-Auchie who has been nothing short of exceptional in his professionalism, knowledge, and most importantly the humanity and personal touch he uniquely brings to his role. I have dealt with many estate agents in London over the years, but can confidently say that Paul rises to the top and I feel very comfortable in recommending him to all my friends and loved ones. I interviewed for property management role and while rejection could upset some people, I didn’t even get that far. I was through a recruiter and after a really positive interview with Jess I was told the second interview was cancelled. While I get decision were made I felt a strong candidate so I contacted Maria (head of property management) a few days later and was told she couldn’t take my call but would call me back. This looked a perfect opportunity for me, a genuine vibe from the outset with really positive first interview which led to an invite for second round. I’ve interviewed only for companies I genuinely felt were a good next career move, but here regardless of what happened with the recruiter I feel I personally would have managed this better.
