G-J have managed the letting of my flat very well for many years. The staff are most helpful, especially Millie. She answers the phone and emails promptly, knows the answers to my queries. Unfailingly efficient. Good negotiator.

I have been renting a flat through Garton Jones Real Estate (Chelsea Bridge) since 2018, and specifically working with Charlotte Edney, and I can honestly say they’ve been more than just a real estate agency – they’ve felt like family. As someone living in the UK temporarily for study purposes, I’ve relied on them for the past seven years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
Charlotte has always been incredibly attentive, understanding, and proactive in finding the perfect place for me, making sure my needs were met throughout the entire process. What truly sets Garton Jones apart is their commitment to transparency and integrity. I’ve heard many friends share their struggles with other agencies, particularly with lack of clear communication, but with Garton Jones, I’ve never had any concerns. Their professionalism and personal approach have made renting a flat in London much easier and more stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
