Garton Jones are a great company to deal with and I've had many job's with them over the years but without doubt their star is Charlotte, everytime I've had a problem like getting into a car park of client's or getting keys released or many other obstacles I always ring or email Charlotte and everything is chased and rectified immediately, she just cuts through everything and all is sorted out straight away, and she's also lovely which is a bonus, keep up the good work Charlotte I hope you are always going to be there, e. A fabulous property agency.
Professional, knowledgable and incredibly friendly.
Everything you would hope and expect from a local agency.

Had a great experience working with Millie! She was diligent, responsive and professional! Outstanding customer service.

Their location is perfect and the fact that Charlotte Edney replies quickly/even when emails are sent out of working hours is very helpful. Have been renting with garton jones for almost three years now and it’s been easy-going.

They are efficient; the team is always willing to support and provide solutions, and last but not least, they are very friendly with clients. I worked directly with Charlotte Edney from GJ in Battersea.

Jacqueline Grant at Garton Jones has been helpful with the rental collection and communication with her has been easy and usually prompt.

Have dealt with Garton Jones since 2004, from when we first purchased our apartment and much of its subsequent letting.
They have always been professional and on top of any issues. I have no problem whatsoever in highly recommending the company and its staff. Charlotte is our current go-to and she’s a delight to work with.

Paul Reville-Auchie has been really helpful in guiding us to find the perfect flat and buying it.

He has always been available to answer our questions, polite and patient.

Couldn't recommend him high enough.
