A few weeks ago I bought 2 shirts and one of them got cut during shipping. I didn't put insurance on because I thought I didn't need it since the last times all went so smoothly. Well this time it didn't and it wasn't the seller's fault but USPS did the damage. I contacted the company to see if I could get another shirt and I was fully prepared to pay for it. Well, what a surprise I didn't have to pay a penny and the issue was resolve in less then 48 hours and that over the weekend. Now where does that ever happen!!! Even if you have been a costumer for quite sometime this just isn't the case. So thanks to Dana who was fast and right on the ball I got another shirt and it came quicker then predicted. I was totally blown away. This was such a great experience and hassle free. Thanks a million for such a pleasant experience.

I've only been working with GearLaunch for a short period of time. And it hasn't made a bit of difference! Every contact with them be it text, email, phone call etc has been handled with the greatest of respect, helpfulness and an, "I WANT to help you" attitude.

Ordering from Canada can be full of surprises with custom delays and costs. However, this went smoothly as GearLaunch had promised. I ordered the wrong size but GL agreed with their smiling service to replace the order at a reduced cost. Much appreciated and great service.

Both Fernanda and the GearLaunch team were super helpful in fulfilling my request. The product was beautifully made and held a lot of happy childhood memories of his birth place. The tee shirt was extra special because of the long sleeves, quality material and softness of the product. The size (L) was a perfect fit for him. I will use GearLaunch again for future purchases. I am an international customer of this company and their support became important as unfortunately my international status set off 3rd party parasite, trying to infiltrate my bank account.
Fortunately the support team were on hand to advise me on the best way to track my package from my end with order and tracking numbers.

I ordered two different Star Trek shirts in different colors. I received an email from the company that the shirts were no longer available in my selected colors, but that I could choose another color instead. Most companies would have just said the shirts I wanted were no longer in stock and would have cancelled my order. I was impressed that they took the time to offer me an alternative so that my order would still be processed. Great customer service!

This company's customer service is top-notch. I ordered the wrong product and had to cancel my order. I expected to struggle getting a refund, but the customer service promptly refunded without phone calls or difficulty of any type. Got my t-shirt in about a week and a half which is cool because they are all printed to order. Paid for shipping with the order but when that mailman brought it I had to pay several extra dollars postage due. Contacted customer support. They apologized many times and asked for a photo of the receipt from the post office. Sent them that and was promptly issued a refund for that amount on my credit card. Kudos to Liz for all her help. You guys have earned my respect and repeat business.

I admired one of your tee shirts and commented that because I was retired I couldn't afford to buy one. Lo and behold I was sent a discount code and was given discount shipping. Then tragedy, porch pirates got to the package. I got that info to them and without a question they sent me another tee shirt.
