The item was not suitable .They arranged a pick-up from my daughter's address, because it was too heavy to drop off at post office and my daughter does not have a car .

To clarify, we are not part of Argos, though they do sell McGregor lawnmowers. It looks like your purchase was made directly through us, but we’ve checked and haven’t received any email from you yet.
We’re definitely not avoiding contact — we simply prefer email so there’s a clear record of any communication.
In the meantime, we’ll send your instruction manual in the post tomorrow. If you’d like to view it sooner, it’s also available online for your convenience.

Seller refusing to pay for return…
Seller refusing to pay for return postage on a faulty item despite it being within the 6 month window under the Consumer Rights Act.
Update: seller continued to refute my consumer rights (expecting me to pay for postage on a faulty item under 6 months old), contacted my bank and got a refund.

I got it wrong. But they made it right.
Due to misunderstanding on my part and the perceived lack of engagement with GED Outlet. I was thinking they're customer satisfaction was dreadful.
Once I had started a dialogue with Naidine I realised how wrong I was. My unanswered emails were going to the wrong address.
Instantly Naidine sorted everything out. Efficiently and professionally.
GED Outlet actually have excellent customer service and the guarantees they make on their website are genuine!
