They discriminate against people with disabilites

Issued a fine for parking outside my work on their premisses.

You can not appeal as their website is constantly producing errors so handed over to my wife... she is a Solicitor.

Whilst I understand that I received a parking fine from Gemini at Rutherglen shopping car park as I mistakenly hadn’t entered my full reg due to the online display not working, thankfully I kept my ticket as proof for the 22 days it took for me to receive the PCN charge although I’m not entirely sure why it took so long to issue the PCN letter. It would have given me a very limited time to pay the reduced charge if indeed I required to pay it , mmm. Word of warning, keep your parking tickets or at least screenshot them .

Unfair charges: £100 for a 50pence parking violation (!!!!) + when trying to appeal via the website msg keeps coming up "Unfortunately, the information you have entered is incorrect, please try again." EVEN THOUGH THE DETAILS ENTERED ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!! Hence you cannot appeal it - you have no option but to pay the whole amount of £60 if you don't want it increased to £100 even when you have a valid reason to appeal!!! This must be illegal!!

These creatures have no morals at all.
My wife has just had open heart surgery at basildon and they ticketed me for not displaying a blue badge in the parking area.
I mean how low can they go.

I drove to A&E at Whipps Cross Hospital and paid for 8 hours parking thinking that would be plenty. However they told me I would have to be admitted. I was concerned about my car, but the Head of Security put a note on my dashboard saying that unexpectedly, I had to stay overnight.

Next day I was moved to a ward needing a procedure but despite being scheduled, it wasn’t done so although no further parking charge was paid, no PCN was issued. On the 3rd day, they told me I would definitely have the procedure late afternoon by which time I’d charged my phone and bought another 8 hours at 11:22. When I was discharged at 17:45, I went to my car and there was a PCN issued at 11:09 – 13 minutes before I’d paid. I submitted an appeal with all the relevant details and have just had an email confirming my appeal has been upheld with no further action.

I feel sorry for all those whose experiences have led to 1-star reviews but based solely on my experience of Gemini Parking Solutions nothing less than 5 stars would be fair

Sajini Agrawal, Kamini Challis, John Goodwin, Graham Tidball. How do you sleep at night scamming thousands of people daily with unregulated parking fines. Did you not do well enough at school to get honest jobs? Karma will come and get you, and it will be naughty. I look forward to it!

total scammers - received letter demanding £100 because I had not displayed a ticket.
Of course I didn't - I paid for 3 days using ringGo - hence no ticket.
On my bank account, and ringGo account, time and day was before the alleged offence. paid until the day after the alleged offence.
Pathetic attempt to extort my cash (This £100 had already been taxed on to pay for rachel reeves portfolio picture and haircut).

Dating back to 2022 went to a shopping centre paid ticket went shopping as you do. A week later received from this company a fine stating I'd failed to pay and display! No I hadn't so I contacted them made them aware had the wee ticket still thankfully to prove. Didn't stop further letter from them coming. After a while never heard anything more. Random letters I ignored as deal with in 2022. Til 10 days ago gemini has passed my details to bailiffs. So I contacted advised had dealt with at time and sent ticket to show paid. Requested me to call tho their hrs are my working hours and don't open late, convenient. I hunted for a week as knew had ticket somewhere don't know why kept but glad I did from now on I'll keep every one taking a picture of as this experience has been stressful. letter they sent demanding £170 payment or bailiffs shall be at my door. The letters gemini sent show photo of car enter and exit shopping centre carpark, not disputing was there..how about you prove with subject access request the cctv evidence from 2022 on date in question then showing me leaving car paying for a ticket and displaying it on windscreen! Needless to say my email attaching the ticket as proof 3yr later has not been quickly responded to. Citizens advice for many a person for situations like this as there must be so many people they try to catchup when the fault lies with their incompetence and failure to be honest. Harassment is what it is unnecessary and no decency to say hands up we made a mistake..Well pay your own £170 guess you've not met your target this time.

Parked at the Walthamstow Feel Good Centre, supposedly GLL are encouraging rogue parking companies to administer their land. I was never issued a ticket, the first thing i received was a letter from Debt Recovery Plus saying i owed £170. I can't appeal the parking charge notice, make sure you visit moneysavingexpert or reddit if you get entraped in the same position. Plenty of good advice out there.

This company is clearly Scam , we have blue badge and regular going to swimming pool with family , when we arrive we adding our plate to their tablet for use free parking for disable badge owner , their tablet is not working and they are sending pcn and taking our time for appeal but my last appeal they didn’t accept it for absurd reasons which is appeal person was not driver so already on the log book clearly shows me and my husband is driver able to use it and strange things now they close to appeal for online they want for us to spend time and money send postage

Hardly surprised about the huge majority of one star reviews. It's a company that markets itself as compassionate. I saw no sign of this and received no goodwill or compromise from them. How a hospital can use this companyto police their car park I don't know.

I recently attended Broomfield hospital for treatment and my partner came to collect me and the nearest she could get to the hospital exit door was where the ambulances park, on this day no ambulances were parked there so partner drove in to collect me. On our way back from the exit to our car we noticed a lady in an unmarked hi-vis vest putting a ticket on our windscreen, when we asked who she was she would not identify who she was or who she worked for, after reading in the press and seeing in the media the scams that are happening in hospitals all over the country we thought she was a fake warden and because she would not tell us who she was I took a picture of her and she contacted hospital security who came and assaulted me trying to grab my camera as I had taken a picture of her for evidence in case she was a scammer. I have reported the Gemini operative and the hospital security to the police for causing me alarm distress and harassment, I’ve put in a PCN appeal and will update this review accordingly but the reason for a negative review is due to the Gemini operative and her terrible attitude and abusive manner.

Impossible to talk to anyone to resolve issues. Methods of payment are unclear in many locations. All they are interested in is collecting money.i

Awful customer service. If I could rate this a 0 I would.

Issued a parking ticket which I appealed as I was using the on site facilities. They didn’t respond to my appeal and then I started receiving debt collectors letters. The PCN is now £340 and the debt collection company have given me a grace period to contact Gemini. I’ve called them over 40 times and have not been able to speak to someone. Their automated service is designed to make you pay but gives you no opportunity to speak to anyone. Scamming hard working people! A trip to my toddlers football has now cost £340.00

Terrible system. I’ve paid my parking ticket and they took my payment. Now I’m being hounded by a debt collection company for non payment. I’m so stressed about this. It’s very distressing. I’m trying to attach a screenshot of the ticket on their Resolver / they have an option to attach a file / then you get a message you can’t attach a file….

What went wrong? They did and how they keep getting contracts amazes us based on our experiences. We are a Day Centre for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Difficulties and hold a county council Blue Badge in recognition of the wonderful service we provide. Three years ago we parked as usual at Stanborough Lakes in Hertfordshire as we had done for years, then and along with many other Blue Badge holders at the time, received a Parking Fine? Why...so long story others stated the same, local papers picked story up and then 'oh dear' Gemini Parking Solutions issued an apology, admitted errors of changing parking regulations BUT had not issued on site new instructions. All tickets for ALL removed. Move on to May 2024, we parked, and in lines with Gemini Parking Solutions now current instructions to register Blue Badge parking, did as they stated. Guess what 2 months down the line we receive a parking ticket as seemingly we had "not phoned through registration for parking", which I say again WE HAD. So another long story, we stated we had, provided evidence of phone call registering parking as Gemini asked for, umpteen backwords and forwards, they say we did not, we say we providing AGAIN evidence. Gemini Parking Solutions Ltd the appoint a Debt Solutions company to get the now double increased payment from us.So cut a very long story short, we said "we have the evidence, take us to court we will challenge you" and by the way which after our third letter we said we would charge then for our expenses IF they wrote further, which they did. GUESS WHAT some months later Customer Services from Geminin Solutions Ltd rang to say "sorry but ye you did register your parking accordingly as you should have, however our check of phone call registration is down manually and whoever did it misread the vehicle registration number you rightly registered, we are cancelling the fine". I asked for written confirmation, she [Gemini Parking Solutions] staff member asked "can you email us with request" I replied "what it has taken us several emails, written letters, phone calls to have YOUR error corrected and you are asking us to ask for you to email you"!. Our experience TWICE is of bulling boy tactics, keep threatening the other and they will for piece and quiet, give in. If you are in the right as we have proven TWICE do not. Such tactics are not these days acceptable.
