They are con, I got a pcn, try to pay through their website, couldn’t do it there is no option to pay only you can appeal. Try to pay over the phone could not pay as they will not recognise pcn reference no. Finally got through over the phone by then charge went to 100 pounds and they charge me another 15 pence for txt massage. I don’t under stand why Canary Wharf is using these cow boys . May be they in it together.

I took my 90 elderly mum who is a disabled badge holder to stanborough parks twice, in about a week, even after registration of the badge via the number you have to call, guess what got a fine for both trips, appealed them, they wanted me to send further information even though i had already logged it on there appeal, so i did for both PCN, get one letter talking about appeal is upheld with no mention of me calling up, and had proof of that that i sent via call log, lo and behold the other PCN appeal not upheld saying they did not receive the requested information even though i sent it off, good job i sent it recorded and signed, they then threaten with debt collectors and all that, so had to go to the independent appeal body with proof of disabled badge, call log plus also sent the proof of signed delivery, only then did they throw in the towel, Gemini parking if you are reading this you are nothing but scum and are stopping people from coming to stanborough parks, u knew what you where doing and was trying it on as you have done it to other people, thinking I and others would just pay, well F U Gemini parking you are scum and may your bosses rot in hell, will not be coming to stanborough park anymore which is shame as me and mum both liked it there,

They issued me a PCN when I had paid and displayed. I've appealed but they now require me to post (at my expense) proof that I was using the sports centre when the PCN shouldn't have been issued in the first place! They are just fishing for fines unfairly.

The app doesn't work at Mile End Leisure Centre.

The signs are small, not well lit,not obvious to.someone who has not parked there.before. There should be some additional large reminder signs. If you arrive in the dark the signs are not visible in some areas of the car parks. I feel they are out to fine drivers.

I had to rush my wife to broomfield hospital. She has a bad heart and is waiting for open heart surgery. I had no option but to park as close as possible to the entrance as it was an emergency.
On my return to my car these callous despicable creatures had given me a ticket. I was not there for fun or to do some shopping. I appealed the charge and they refused to consider it. How low can they go ?

I have received two fines but the number given on the letter doesn’t work and the website has no section for payment. Is it even real?

"I've had a terrible experience with the parking company at the local shopping center. They've fined me three times, even when I had proof of payment twice. One of those times, I was rushing to organize my dad's funeral at the local church, and they still sent out a fine. It's so frustrating that they claim it's a good will gesture to cancel fines when I had already paid. Now, I've received another fine, even though i know I paid for my ticket , but recently had the car valet so binned it . It feels like they're just trying to scam people. It's been a nightmare dealing with them."this company needs stopped before people boycott the local shopping area shutting down a lot of businesses

Myself and others have been sent PCN for parking where both pay and display machines were both inoperable in Mile End for GLL leisure center. They do not give this as a reason to contest their PCN. This makes it impossible to contest the PCN. How can we be sent PCN whilst it is impossible to comply when their machines are not working. How can GLL or Better have them for managing parking?

The badminton courts are excellent, friendly staff and great clubs who play regularly every week especially marks friday badminton club from 6-8pm. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Gemini parking solutions, I tried to pay via the app which was useless after struggling for 10 minutes i give up and decided to pay via the cash machine on site, the one nearest to me was out of order and the one further away was very stressful to use, after numerous attempts to add my vehicle registration number the machine issued a ticket without my registration number, as this was my first time paying for the parking I thought this was the norm and kept the ticket as proof of payment. A few weeks later I received a parking charge notice from Gemini parking solutions which I applied against with my proof of payment but never heard back from them. There online system is very poor and you can’t even get through to them on a phone call.
I have just received a debt recovery plus letter demanding me to pay £170 wow what a scam.

I phoned the debt company and told them my side of the story but they’re siding with gemini parking solutions stating that it was my fault I should have entered the registration number when clearly it was there fault as machne wasn't allowing me to enter the vehicle details. i think theres alot of people who will be going through the same situation as mine and if gosling sports park welvyn doesn’t sort this out they will loose alot of good customers.
What a rip off terrible parking solutions should be ashamed of themselves.

Bullish company I already payed my penalty charge 60 £ , but they send me letters my amount is overdue to pay 100£ more . What a money makers like beggars.

Just received a parking charge notice for parking at Princess Margaret Hospital , we where there for 40 minutes and I registered my car in reception , parking there is free for staff and patients , and visitors , which is why you have to register your car in reception , so how can they charge me £100 when parking is free

Awful company, I don’t know why anybody would want to work for this terrible organisation.

Rubbish company won’t even put a human being on the phone when you have a query to discuss with them. Hopefully this robbing company gets shut down

Hi I received a parking ticket, but had paid! It did take a few phone calls to sort. A very helpful Lady called Shirley was very helpful and everything was sorted. Thank you Shirley 👍

So I parked in disabled bay with my blue badge, been to centre many times over the years. My error, didn’t realise the parking was taken over by Gemini, so received a fine😳I appealed. I apologised, said I didn’t realise thought I was safe in designated bay. Received a response within 24hrs and they very kindly cancelled the ticket. Much appreciated🤗

A damn disgrace... Got a letter with regards to a fine. However, the machines etc weren't working, so how do they expect you to pay. Received a letter stating I should have paid a different way.... How can you when nothing is working????
Now trying to call them and you get nothing but attitude and told everything has to be done in writing..

My experience similar to others. Having parked at the Mill Hill sports ground on my way to Metro restaurant and displayed my disabled badge. Sign said to register at reception where we were told as it was a rugby day all parking was free also confirmed to us by a waiter in the restaurant(which by the way was lousy). Two weeks later received the parking fine which I immediately disputed and they queried that I was disabled until I sent them a copy of the badge at which time but grudgingly they accepted my complaint, not an appeal . Don't know how their staff can sleep at night
