They need to be sued
Wow. I thought it was just me that got stuck in their fairytale contract. Cancelled my membership and they still charged me, asked why, and apparently I signed a contract with them which I knew I didn't. It's been over a year now and they still email me with the Pair Finance bull. All the stress and anxiety I went through before realising this happened to others was so unnecessary. Lawsuit time!

Kmt you get brother accidentally signed up to the service. I emailed in to cancel but they are now making me pay the full years subscription because it was past the 30 days trial period. How is this fair? The account was never used.

Please avoid this company. I signed up for the free trial only to be locked into an annual membership costing me over €200.
It seems to me this company is entirely designed to lure people in and scam them.
I’ve communicated with them and explained, they are not interested in helping me.
Extremely disappointing.
I’m based in Australia and I’m not sure there’s anyway I’ll be getting my money back unfortunately.

I love the site but it looks like you can only get gigs is your go pro. there is word in the music community that some of the gigs offered are fake so I'm dubious about using pro.

No response from customer service
I have cancelled my gigmit 3 months ago however I keep getting billed for this and threats I haven’t paid. I have emailed customer services 4 times about this and had no reply. I can not find a telephone number to call anyone to get support for this. I used the website for one week only and I’m not happy with the fact they’re charging me for 2 months when I cancelled it.
I would avoid the company with the plague

i do only have the free account , however i do plan to upgarade my account , so i can start to book more gigs , and build my profile , i would love to book gigs in europe , and maybe even go on the raod for a month or two , even at a time , like say 2 months traveling trough europe during festival season , i am super happy with gigmit ,

Which types of gigs have you chosen for you? Do you have fans and listeners in the areas where you want to play? Those are just some examples. Terrible
Terrible. Signed up to the free trial and then gave pro a try. Big mistake. Little did I know there is no way to cancel and you are tied in for a while year! Most gigs have hundreds of bands going for them and usually they are really far away for promoters that are actually interested only in local bands.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO PRO!!!!!

After years of silence
After years of silence, and even a message from the CEO offering me a free subscription if I change my review, they’ve now gone back to threatening me again. I believe there are a bunch of people pooling together for some form of lawsuit, if you see this please contact me - I would like to donate and help to the cause.

Great help with promo of a songwriting camp
I have really enjoyed working with Gigmit. I co-organised an international songwriting camp and we selected the candidates via a contest/open call for submissions that ran on the Gigmit platform. Communication with the Gigmit team ran smoothly and I was very happy to have received so many good candidates.
