Prompt customer service experience
We found out whilst chasing up an item that hadn't turned up was returned by the couriers and within minutes replacements were despatched. This is what Great customer service is about.

However, GLS did their utmost to resolve the issue and the fault was with the delivery company not them.

Poor experience
The items arrived well below our expected standards, including damaged items (several items were broken), missing stock (A3 laminating pouches, sticky notes and erasers) and poor packaging (the pens were not properly packed, they were loose and scattered throughout the package). We had to spend considerable amount of time sorting and re-organise the items

DPD have been to my address twice
DPD have been to my address twice. The first time I wasn't at home so I arranged a redelivery, the 2nd time I was. Plus, 4 of my neighbours were also at home. The driver didn't try to get inside the building where there were several places he could have left the parcel or indeed come straight to my front door. In addition, there was no option to tell him this via the DPD messaging service. The only option is redelivery so I am not doing this again. I can only assume the order will be returned.
