Having issues just bought a 500. Card and can't redeem it. What's going on ?

Bought two gift cards from Walmart online and when I tried to redeem online said already redeemed. So I lost $50!

I just purchased another Razer Gold for $200. But when I tried to add it to my wallet, a message said it was already used. How could it be already used if I didn’t use it? This is third time I have lost $200 on Razer Gold. They just want your money.

i buy razer gold for 50k idr (ik its not that much) online in their website. after i've paid it, the transaction status is pending, its been a week and i still havent received the code yet. i also have submit the ticket and still no email after almost a week i submit it. its really worse experience for me

I bought 200 razer gold gamestop. Both not working already redeem when got home. The company won't refund back stole my money and the customer service sucks don't help all the say go the police station report to them what sound like don't want help lazy and thief company stealing people money. All the sorry can't do anything about it that's is stupind razer gold company. If can't refund the money stop sale the razer gold at all. stole alot money people don't refund. Yesterday I purchased a Razer Gold card from the GameStop store. When I went home and attempted to use it, the transaction was rejected. I took it back to the store and encountered another customer with the same experience.
The store employee said I had to contact Razer Gold to resolve the issue and get a refund.
I contacted Razer Gold customer service and spoke with Mohammad M. Who informed that the card had been used about 40 minutes after I purchased it. I did not make this transaction. I have filed a claim with Razer Gold but they will not refund my purchase cost.

I was billed $60 through my phone bill for razer gold purchase which i did not make. Customer servicer officer was not helpful
and could only advise me to make police report. Why would i do that for $60? They were supposed to send me email me but i never received that. No help whatsoever. Till today i don't really know how it happened as i did not open the sms. But my student's phone had been hacked and i was communicating with the "scammer" through WhatsApp until i found out my student did not change her number and tbis person i communicated with was not her. I deleted sms and whatsapp immediately. Then i received the bill eith $60 for razer gold purchase.

this is the most worthless company and their emails to do anything when you need help is worthless they are irresponsible and they are I think they are a faulty company they have no help if you have an issue all they do is give you a run around from one website that don't use their card don't support their car so basically they just screw you out of your money

This company stole my money. I purchased a Razer Gold gift card and the pin never worked!!! I have been complaining about this for a few days and they responded and told me the card was redeemed on October 7th!!! How is this possible when I have been complaining about the card since the 6th and the pin never worked!! It is not that much money but I work very hard for my money and I don't understand how this is possible!!!!! I am trying to figure out if I can go to the BBB or small claims court as I don't care how small the amount of money is I want my money back!!!!

Screw you. Thrash corporation. 10% transaction charge? Can't keep up a collaboration for more than a week? You have to catalog games before you reload cuz the game you want to buy or buy in might not even be there cuz they want nothing to do with this ass supposed 'gold'? If you like the sound of that, feel free to use it. Safety is off the top, easy to use but razer being the worst gaming related corporation have to mess it up. I quit. Everytime I want to make a transaction with razer gold I feel like killing the people who run and made this garbage. Thank you razer for scamming me.

I reload twice but did not receive Razer Gold. I already make two transaction twice and the money already being deducted from my bank but I did not receive any Razer Gold.

This company is scam!!!

Its insane to get scammed by a company as large and well known as this but it just happened. Bought an apex legend gift card through their razer gold program. Pin they sent me was invalid. Contacted customer support and after 5 days they respond and say try and re enter the code and thats all the help they can offer and they close the ticket. Out a hundred dollars.

I purchase these cards for my kids all the time, like 4 times a week! I received $100 razer gold gift code via email for my birthday 3 days ago. Went to use the code and got a message stating code had already been used! It was purchased through Amazon, they would not help me. Went to razer customer service, they will not help me! We are the ones purchasing their cards, keeping them in business, yet I can't get a new that hasn't been used???!!!! I took the code right from email to razer website, I did not use it, so I was obviously sold a bad code. I get a code that doesn't work, but they still got paid.... absolutely disgusting! Thank you, you just lost an extremely loyal customer!

I've bought some PSN cards. the website has several issues. 3 of my orders stuck (order paid but not delivered) after days, and they didn't refund orders. they know this problem well but they do not want to solve it. 0 is a better rating for them

What a bad site! i bought 60$ worth a MONTH ago. ive used this service before and got my OPT text without any problems. but i didnt get it after purchasing the 60$ worth, i tried to buy some genshin genesis crystals. i didnt get my OPT text, i messaged their support team and they have been sending me the same message for the last MONTH not helping at all and acting like bots. disgusting. do use!
