Arrogant and illogical attitude, customer service to US customers only, Promise something before the purchase and then nothing, and there is no one to talk to. This is my feeling that I live outside the USMost products are not shipped to my area of residence at all, if I had known this before purchasing it would have been very significant. My old phone is broken. Which you can tell that i cant turn on the phone. So the thing i want to buy will gone in a few minutes. For exact 40+ minutes. So while waiting the item is gone and Razer still not helping me with my issue. So i leave a 3 star becuz i know i rushed the ticket. Atleast send the OTP via email. Or reset 2fa using email. Another reason is when you reload, it doesnt ask for your OTP and just simply reload. But when i want to use it, it ask for my OTP. Thats what make me insane. I reloaded huge amount of money that i cant even use. Let people know this before using it.

Worst, recharging diamonds can take up to 24 hours? WTH, I will miss the event by the time the diamonds will be credited, other sites can credit instantly. Please do not use this. Try someone else, they are pain in the butt.

Posted a top up deal of 10% extra gold but end up nothing. Submitted ticket to highlight the issue hoping they would do something about it but responded only after the event. So dont get too excited if they post of any great deals.

Bought several goldcards send them to a friend. they did not work. contacting them is not working. contacting the bank who transferred the amount was not successfull. whether it is a scam on itself I don't know. it is however easy to use for a scam. if a person is not willing to leave a papertrail thru a bank you should start thinking.

I buy a riot code from my US acc they game mr a riot pin from the russian server . I try to contac support and they keep telling me this :

THEY JUST ANSWER THATH AND GHOST MY MESSAGES SCAM!!!

Well, where can I start from?
I'll try to keep it short, but what happened is I bought about 100$ of Razer Gold, never received it, complained about that to their support, they said it was my bank's fault, my bank confirmed the money did go through, and Razer Support keeps repeating the same message of the money will most likely be bounced back in 3-5 days or whatever.
It's been almost a month...
I just want my money back, is it that hard to do? Just check your bank statements ffs, it's there.
I no longer need your Razer Gold, the offer I wanted to take advantage of in a game I liked is no longer valid, and your service was so bad I don't want to touch Razer Gold even with a 10m stick now.
Not only that, I had to spend another 20$ to ask my bank to investigate what happened to my money, just so you had no way of blaming my bank.
If you reply to my review trying to fix this issue, you better not say the exact same things I was told by your support team or I will find a way to give a zero star score.

I just received an email from this shameless company telling me that my account has been inactive for 12 months and therefore they would be charging me $2 for inactivity and other subsequent fees. Can you imagine that in 2021 some companies such as Razer still try to scam people in such way?

I used to buy a lot of Razer gold and spent well over $500 on game top-ups, and for them to try to charge me an inactivity fee is disgraceful. You should be ashamed of yourselves. That's not how to treat customers.

I just deleted my account and never using their services again. Avoid at all costs even if that means paying more elsewhere.

Got a razer keyboard and it works good but letters fade off quickly, No evert in quality. Got a mouse {Basilisk v2} and not bad but button 4 could be a bit higher it will get you killed in a game. See a lot of bad reviews also. Making me run from Razer not to be a victim.

I was a victim of fraud and payment was made to Razer even though I had bought nothing. Similar transaction was made to Qoo10 as well, also fraudulent. However, upon contacting Qoo10, the money was immediately refunded with no questions asked. On Razer side, I had provided all my proof of fraudulent transactions and even had a police report attached, but they refused me a refund, repeatedly telling me it was 'company policy' and that all transactions made to Razer were final and non-refundable. Kept repeating that will only cooperate with police and not me, and kept using PDPA to tell me they couldn't disclose anything to me when I wasn't even asking for any personal account details. Spoke to 3 diff person, all said same thing to me and even had the audacity to copy and paste their email replies to me because they were all repeating the same thing. Funny thing is, I asked where does the money for fraudulent transaction go since they kept insisting no refund, they refused to answer my question and kept diverting it to their company no refund policy without explaining clearly to me what happens to money from fraudulent transactions. Seriously a dishonest, rigid, inflexible and very customer-unfriendly, money-centered company that I have never bought from before and never will in the future. PLEASE BEWARE!

Complete scam! Buyer beware! Purchased points that never appeared, contacted customer service, they refused to refund and stopped responding after several attempts.

Razer Gold offer a wallet nd you can put money in that wallet but the worst part is that they can actually take your money by disabling your account without any specific reason. There is no value for any costumers they only care about money... bicot razer gold

Razer Gold is scamming people it was good at the beginning but in the last month many many people reported used code i lost 450$ after buying the codes and tried to use them i find out it was already used , at first i though i was hacked but then i find out that every one i know had the same problem even there facebook page is full of comment of people around the world saying the same thing
there system is either producing the same code to other people or its hacked both ways they didnt give us another code saying the code is used and there is nothing to do i reported them to the FBI
