Had a great experience at Go Outdoors thanks to Harriet! She was super helpful, really knowledgeable about all the brands, and genuinely lovely to chat to. Fishing takle service
Graham on the fishing section was super. Gave his honest opinion between 2 rods i was looking at it was allmost like shoping with a friend. No sales piching just there comparing the options i presented to him made the experience a pleasurable one.graham definatly has a great rapport with other custermers knowing them by name

Norman helped me find my first walking boots! So friendly and helpful. Took the time and effort to show me how to properly tie them up and gave me lots of great advice on what to do if my feet ever start hurting at all!

I had a faulty Berghaus Adhara 700XL…
I had a faulty Berghaus Adhara 700XL where it had ripped due to the wind, relatively low wind considering the specs. After explaining this to Joe he agreed for an exchange that James facilitated for us, they were both great and acted promptly with understanding the situation I was in. Great shopping experience and thank you both again.
