Anthony in the Cardiff store bike team. Really professional and attentive. Gave me a great overview of gravel bikes. Wrote down a few specs and has given me some food for thought. Excellent customer service.

Go Outdoors is a partner organisation of Girlguiding. We organised a session for our Rangers to prepare them for DofE - with a particular focus on kit - what to bring, how to pack, what to wear etc. Ffion organised & led our session & she was absolutely BRILLIANT! Her communication style was really easy & she held the attention of the Rangers for 1 1/2 hours, arranging an activity for them at the end too. Diolch Ffion!

Myself and my brother came to go outdoors for some carp fishing equipment and wasn’t quite sure what we need to start out with but FairPlay to Joe he gave superb advice with what we needed to start out with and even took some time out of his day to show up how to put some line onto a new reel as neither of us had done it before. Joe went above and beyond with his customer service he’s a genuine credit to go outdoors Cardiff.

Always great customer service in the Newport Rd shop. Mel was very helpful and the staff always take the time to say hello and give our furry friend some treats.

As always the service grom Callum in the central office and the staff in the Cardiff store is brilliant. Helpful throughout.

My husband and I arrived and were greeted and left to browse and Morgan. T was on hand when we required assistance and he was really knowledgeable on the different brands of footwear and my husband left with two pairs of shoes and he is quite hard to shop for lol.

Just a note that Morgan. T was serving multiple people at once and he was very professional and helpful glad to have him serve us.

I came in today looking for a pair of new hiking/ trail shoes! Anthony explained how to retreat my current ones correctly and there wasn’t a need for me to buy a new pair! I asked him about a waterproof jacket and his knowledge was extensive. I left with a new jacket and the correct product for my boots
