Steph served me this evening, she was very informative with the advice I needed and very polite.

Great prices especially with the members card, finding staff to help on the shop floor was almost impossible and not very helpful, probably because she was being asked for help by other people too. Staff on the till was lovely and really helpful.
Found 1 of the 2 items I was looking for, groundhog tent pegs.

We had a great experience buying our son's kit for his DofE expedition at Go Out Doors, Chester. The staff were very friendly and full of useful, practical advice. We dealt with 2 members of staff, both of whom had exceptional product knowledge. The product range was impressive.

George is a legend. No other words required!

Also please price up your bouldering pads 🤣

Great costumer service from Charlie and the chap who helped us pick out a tent, you were changing the tents around and answered all our questions with so much patience. Left happily with a tent and a lovely checkout process made very easy with Charlie.

Huge store, spoilt for choice on what to buy so ask someone for help they all know what they’re doing.

I was served by Charlie, and what a wonderful member of staff you have there! Nothing was too much trouble for him, he helped carried my items to the till, assisted with my Scout Leader discount and carried my stuff to the car (and, volunteered to do this rather than be asked which means alot)
All this, and he had a big smile on his face.
I'm not usually one for putting up these reviews but I really feel like his customer service was fantastic!

Great store with tons of stock. Loads of erected tents outside which is what we needed so was great to be able to check them out and get a proper feel for the kind of tent we wanted and needed. Also amazing deals / discounts, especially for members. Shaz on the tills was awesome and made sure we were getting the best deal possible. Thanks Shaz!!

The lady who served me was so helpful explaining what each leisure battery done and then got a trolly to bring it over to the till as it was very heavy and told me to take the trolly to my car and bring it bk which I did

Shaz was great! I explained my issue as I ordered fishing rods online and we’re delivered to my house, unfortunately when i received my rods 1 of them was damaged so I went into the store and Shaz helped me out with a refund and said they have fishing rods in the store if I would like to have a look and there is a colleague in the fishing section if I needed help with anything, staff are all very friendly and service was great! Will now get my fishing stuff in store for now on!

Great visit today, had a fault on my mattress… was seen and taken to the manager by a young lad.(didn’t get name ) but was brilliant… manager Charlie looked everything up for me and sorted it immediately.. no hassles no questions.. later alisa f helped us paying and sorting membership out again.. customer support as it should be… thanks to the staff today

I bought 2 blow up sofas and didn't realise how heavy they were. The lady who served me called Alison was so helpful and then a young lad walked by called Jake and offered to carry them to my car. I have a really bad left hand and was so grateful of their help. They couldn't have done enough for me and I appreciate that so much. Thank you

Charlie on the checkouts is an asset to Go Outdoors. Always smiling and happy and nothing is never to much trouble. I have been in a lot recently as my child is doing DofE. And Charlie has gone above and beyond to help us.

This Go Outdoors is fantastic with everything you need. We enjoy visiting this store and today we were served by Charlie at the checkout and made our day he was funny and a genuine nice helpful person. He is an asset to your team.

We visited the store last week and spent a significant amount of money. We were served by Charlie. It is purely his excellent customer service which brought us back again this week when we could have shopped nearer to home. What an ambassador for your brand he is. He really understands the importance of a memorable customer experience.
