Good stock levels, kind and very helpful staff

Love the store. Well set out. But I am somewhat dismayed to find that you now allow dogs in the store.
Why are every store, cafe and most venues thinking it is okay to have animals roaming round where goods are for sale and might get contaminated!

I was very disappointed with the service that I received. I had taken my grandson to the Derby store to purchase a pair of boots for his Duke of Edinburgh award project. I explained to the staff member that we were unsure of his foot size and we were looking for a pair of Hitec boots. His response was to tell us to buy a pair and see if they fit because we could just return them if they were not comfortable! I was expecting to have a fitting service that was offered by your company, the store is nicely set out with walking obstacles and a machine to measure your feet but it appears to be just for show!

Big Welcoming store but a bit confusing when try to differentiate between men and women's areas.
Seem to concentrate on Branded items . Not a lot of cheaper generic brands.
Some good bargains on branded items.

The counter staff was brilliant. Renewed my annual menership card and informed of National Trust discount.

Oliver was super helpful, we weren’t sure how the membership worked and he explained, checked if we already had one and then was very polite and friendly serving us at the till. The store looked tidy and we found what we needed easily.

This company is doing everything well. The staff in the Derby retail park are all approachable & knowledgeable & go out of their way to help.i was very happy with my purchases..its well worth £5 for a yearly membership card for discounted items & this was dealt with at the checkout quickly & efficiently thank you.

Stuart was extremely helpful in picking new trainers, especially since I ended up with the 1st pair I picked out. I lost count of how many times he went back to the storeroom for me, but he understood that I needed some comparison, was knowledgeable about the manufacture, personable, &, even helped me decide on my shirt colour!

Went to GO Outdoors in Derby today to buy some new walking boots and felt compelled to write a review as the experience was great! Charlotte and Ashleigh were both very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great pair of boots, showing endless patience with my multiple questions. I also happened to mention thinking about a new coat and again, the pair asked relevant questions to be able to advise on the right style and brand for my needs making it one of the simplest shopping trips I have ever had. The staff at the tills were just as friendly and helpful! Thank you Charlotte and Ashleigh for your great customer service!

Overall a great experience at the store - Although I didn’t catch the name of the staff member who helped me find the right sizes for my walking boots, he was very helpful! Hajzah, whose name I was lucky enough to catch, was also incredibly helpful! I had a lovely conversation with her and she made the experience even better. Thank you to both of you for making my evening purchase seamless!
