Wide range of products for outdoor pursuits
I like the fact there is a store on our local retail park. I actually ordered my product online and used the click and collect service for this purchase. There is plenty of good stuff to look at around the store and the products cover a wide range of outdoor pursuits. The staff are helpful too.

First time ordering something using their click and collect service, one of the worse click and collect services in my opinion. Absolutely no communication regarding updates on your order. And took best part of a week. I wouldn't recommend using this service.

online system is woefully inadequate
online system is woefully inadequate. Highly inaccurate and difficult to use. The previous onliine platform was much much better. Shame as really puts me off buying as never really sure if the items are actually in the store.

Derby store visit
I visited the Derby store looking for a pair of walking shoes, and whilst deciding which shoes to try on I was asked by a sales assistant if I would like any assistance.
The information I received from Xaina was extremely helpful and I was able to make a decision quickly. Xaina was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Grest variety of options for camping…
Grest variety of options for camping that achaully work and can reused in all weathers. Brought a pair of chairs for a festival and they survived the rain and cold conditions.shop is spacious on a quite day but could improve the tent variety options. Everything is very affordable if you have the members card (highly recommended to camping hobbiests. Staff look bored and tired but it is the 6 week holidays and summer has just been so I’m not expecting them to be happy. Very helpful staff members despite tiredness and they are kind.

Really simple return process
Really simple return process. I had ordered a tent online which was faulty when it arrived. Simply went to the Derby store and got a replacement. The whole process was easy, member of staff Liam was excellent.
