On the whole, I've had excellent experiences over the years. Your staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My only issues have ever been when I've ordered / reserved multiple items and one of more items have not been available. In these cases, none of the items are made available (i.e. the order is only confirmed when all items are ready, even if 5 out of 6 items are available in store). If one item isn't available, the whole order is unavailable. Other that, no issues.

The store is a pleasure to visit the staff most helpful and the members offers are appreciated

My son needed some hiking boots for a week-long camp that was imminent - Hassan was really helpful in explaining the order process, finding out where had stock & getting different brands/sizes of boots sent over quickly to our branch. Great, thank you!

Disappointing service.
I ordered 2 t shirts on a buy one get one half price offer, only to be told on collection, one of the t shirts were no longer available so had to pay the full price of the I collected. The sales assistant could not have been more disinterested or unhelpful if she had tried.

A guy in the fishing department called Gordon, he was friendly and really helpful and knew what he was talking about. Felt reassured by Gordon and his knowledge in buying the items I purchased.

Visiting the store we approached Gordon and he was very helpful as I don’t know much about fishing, he explained quite a lot to me and advised me which one was god value for money and which one would be suitable for me. Gordon was really helpful and never tried to rush me at all he’s a great guy.

Had to wait a while as there was only one person serving at the checkout and he had asked on his walkie talkie/radio for support but no response for a while but there were 3 female staff stood in the middle of the shop just standing there talking.

I ordered items online, when I went in to the store to collect them they couldn’t find them even though they said they had received them, after about half an hour of looking they told me to contact customer service as they couldn’t do it ?
So after a 25 minute wait for someone to answer the phone I finally managed to organise a refund even though it was there fault not mine !
If you order online don’t expect your goods to be in store !

My husband shops here quite regularly although he’s quite satisfied with the fishing bait he always complains about how empty the shelves are and that it doesn’t sell top brands of tackle and accessories ( matrix,free spirit etc) .please stock the bait section if nothing else it looks like it’s closing down.????.

The selection of goods available, easily able to find what we wanted and helpfulness of the staff.

We found exactly what we needed. The prices were favourable. We were served by Esmay, who smiled and made the whole shopping experience very pleasant. Thank you Esmay!

I would have given 5 stars but last time I went in to buy horse feed the till area had been re-arranged at the exit so the queue snakes around a load of display baskets - the till at Naylors is not always open and those big flat trolleys are difficult to manoeuvre around tight corners.

Cat and team were brilliant in securing me a Thule roof box. I phoned in advance and it was ready upon arrival. The guys were even kind enough to help me take it to the car and leave the box with them!

I was looking for shoes for my mum who is struggling to walk. The assistant listened to me and took the time to suggest a few alternatives without being pushy. She was amazing. I bought a pair of trainer style shoes which are fantastic.

Ordered two orders via click and collect.met by a very polite female staff member.
When paying for the items the member of staff at the till noticed a stain on one of the items.
A shout out on the radio and another member of staff brought a replacement to the till.
I just want to say a big thank you to Xaina and Lauren for your professionalism and politeness, you made our visit so much better.

Today I had to return a Berghaus product to this store.
I was helped by a member of staff called Kat.
I have to say that Kat was really helpful and immediately sorted my problem out for me.
This is my 3rd positive review of this store.
