Aaron gave excellent backpack advice
Went into Go Outdoors Tottenham Court Road last night to buy a backpack for my daughter for a scout residential. Aaron was very knowledgable about what size bags were suitable for a one day hike compared to a longer trip. I went in looking for a 65 and he convinced me to get a 40, which has turned out to be exactly the right size for her stuff and her frame. The bigger one would have been much too large. Excellent value too. Thank you.

Was buying two pairs of hiking boots. Tahmid was so impressive. He had several customers to serve simultaneously, yet no one felt rushed or waiting. Smooth and efficient. His product knowledge was extensive yet pitched just right in the amount of information needed. Pleasant, professional, demeanour.
