Gift card ordered on line
I ordered a gift card which was promptly posted put. However, after 10 days it hadn't been received so I made contact. Brilliant customer service, they posted out another card the same day, even going to the trouble of taking it personally to the post box!
Both the cards were received together 2 days later. The delay the fault of the Post Office and not Gordon Rigg.

I was born and raised in Littleborough then moved down to Milton Keynes, once I found out that Gordon Rigg actually posted nation wide, I was delighted. What ever I buy always arrives in excellent condition and is always top quality. Thank you.

Our gift cards are attached to a backing card which should have been popped in to a presentation card with a photo on (fitting within some pre cut slots) and all of this should then have be put in a plain envelope which is then placed in your postage envelope. We offer our sincere apologies for being unable to fulfil your order of 100 Warm White LEDs Battery Powered Micro Brights. This was unfortunately an error on our system with regards to stock levels. We currently have 28,000 live products on our system and although we endeavour for 100% accuracy for all of our products, unfortunately this is sometimes not the case. We hope that you were able to source the lights that you required and hope that this has not deterred you from shopping with us again in the future.
Delivery not as expected…
Unfortunately we were not contacted about our delivery date. The Christmas tree was left in our back garden with access to anyone for over 24hrs. No notification to say it had been delivered. The tree itself is excellent.

Christmas gift
I live in Australia & this voucher was a gift for my sister & hubby for Christmas as they live in N orthowram, Halifax & visit your store often. I was disappointed not to have an often to put a message with the voucher unless I missed that option. Also, the postage was rather expensive. Thankyou.
