I have joined Gourmet Society through Dogs 4 Rescue Lottery which gives me free membership to Gourmet Society which means discounts on restaurants, cinema's etc. I couldn't get my Gourmet Society code to activate my account. I contacted them and received a very kind and nice email from Karen, Customer Services advising me I needed a code and told me how to get it and hoped I would manage but if not she would help me further. I didn't need further help because the info Karen gave me got me quickly and easily my code and now I can enjoy great discounts. I am so happy for the very detailed info Karen gave me, brilliant. Thanks Karen. 🙂

Correction of Personal details on the App…
I mistyped my surname in to the App's personal details and the App does not permit users to amend personal details, this can only be done by the Customer Service Team. - I e-mailed them and explained the issue, received an immediate acknowledgement that my message had been received and 24 hours later I received an e-mail confirming my error had been corrected - Thank you to all involved for their quick and friendly response to the issue.
