Clueless
Ordered a small item, has clearly gone missing with courier, for some day, as per tracking. Spoke to Grattan customer service and they said "It's in our delivery network...blah blah blah..will be delivered today". You are not DHL,it is not your "delivery network", why are you pretending it is? I can see it has been sat in their depo for days and not out for delivery.
Why am I having to take time out of my working day to chase up bad companies and speak to very poor customer services that don't even have the delivery info I have?
It is the senders job to chase up missing parcels, not the customers. Not a great 1st impression.
No communication in work place …
I placed order 10 days ago to be told that Evri was expecting my parcel still to this day says evri website they expecting it soon but Royal Mail delivered my parcel yesterday out of the blue. So Evri expecting it and it doesnt suit and ive returned it today. Not sure they know whats going on each department
It’s an utter shambles
I have received an email stating ‘ you’ve got it ‘ ( a swivel high back chair ) which I haven’t received nor had ANY correspondence about delivery dates or times only on original order stated it would be delivered after the 18th July!!!
I had to speak to someone who said “yes it is stating that the chair had been delivered “ but we know it is still with courier so will get back to you !! I told the customer service that I am on holiday for a week which is why I didn’t want it till after the 18th July and she said she will sort it all out … I received an email today stating that the chair is indeed with the courier and will be delivered on the 15th July ???

I placed an order on 2 July for some swimwear. The expected delivery date was by 11 July. On 4 July the item was ready for dispatch, but by 9 July Evri had not received my parcel yet. So in the evening I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. As of today, it is totally unclear what is happening with this order. On Grattan's website, there is a note of my cancellation request (9 July), a note that the carrier confirmed the cancellation (9 July). But (after 2 days) the website still shows a delivery date on 11 July. On Evri tracking, it shows that they have not received the parcel instead. Grattan's customer service has no idea on where the parcel is, if the order is going to be cancelled or delivered today or another day. I am leaving on holiday and I cannot afford for the parcel to arrive when I am not here. I won't be needing the content any longer and I won't be able to return it within the return period. I don't want to waste money on a bikini that I cannot wear on holiday. Customer service is unable to help and Grattan may well be stealing my money!!! Robbers!!
Best purchases as they fit perfectly and prices are the best as well.
First time I used Gratton and I purchased two tops which were a great price and delivered on time, and packaged well so, I will definitely be purchasing more items. Thank you Gratton.

have returned everything,the tshirts very thin material nin my view not worth the money and the jumpsuit was lovely but far too long in length
Ordered 3 similar tops for choice
Ordered 3 similar tops for choice. First two arrived separately within a couple of days but still await the third. In the past my order of 2 or 3 items would all arrive in one parcel but it seems each one is sent individually on different days with a delay of one item. A little frustrating but generally very pleased with quality, description etc. At present I have chosen one top, sending the other back today and still await the third top.
Ordered never arrived
Been shopping with Grattan for many years and always been very happy with them. However, my latest order did not arrive on the specified date. They asked me to review my items even though they had not arrived! No email to inform me of the delay so I checked order tracking on my account and it says there has been a delay and I should contact customer services. I did this and they don’t know where my order is so they will launch an enquiry which will take another 7 days and then they will order a replacement. Sorry Grattan, but on this occasion your service has been really poor.
The Downfall of Grattan
Grattan used to be a great catalogue but since it has been using Evri as its courier and has outsourced its customer service it has gone severely downhill.
Despite requesting my recent order be delivered to a local ParcelShop, the items were delivered to my home. When I queried this I was told that I had put two delivery addresses on the order which is impossible to actually do. When I again challenged this I was then told that only certain items were available for the ParcelShop option but this had never been disclosed at checkout or even after ordering so in my view is a breach of contract. I now have no idea where my items will be delivered and as I work all week who knows what will happen if they are delivered at home since previously Evri have left them on my doorstep on a busy street or have thrown parcels over my 6ft garden wall damaging contents and my property.
I have been with Grattan for around 33 years but this will be the last order that I place with them as the service is appalling and the couriers a joke.

I booked a return with your courier for Saturday 21st June and as usual I waited in all day and no one came to collect my return. This is not the 1st time this has happened.
I'd like a book
To be honest you have to put in certain works online to get what your looking for and sometimes it doesn't work and you end up scrolling through loads of pages or just get fed up and say no I'll look else where. I'm old school, I'd like to look through a book, like Grattan's used to do

I used to run a grattans agency some years back now I just get clothes for myself and a close friend
I have spent hundreds of pounds on the catalogue. Im disappointed about the delivery charge if under £30 sometimes there is a delivery charge if its over£30 and I have to phone and get it removed. Also I would rather have a catalogue than looking online for clothes
Let down again
I ordered 6 items and have received 2 of them. The other 4 items should have arrived yesterday but they have not. I checked my account and it says 'delivery delayed, contact customer services'. This is not the first time this has happened. I was relying on these items being delivered - I am very disappointed! Why can't Grattan at the very least send an email to keep me updated and explain why this has happened and when I can expect delivery. Very poor customer service!
