Very easy to order. Very easy to pay. Good quality items.

Been using Grattan for years so was really disappointed to see delivery charges under £30..makes me reconsider ordering a single item that has just come into stock again

After many years shopping with Grattan I had a strange split delivery, it was noted on the delivery note and on my account as 2 items in 1 parcel. As I only received 1 item I called customer service. They were very helpful and said the second item would be delivered shortly. Five minutes later it came! So whilst I am normally very happy with them, the delivery details weren’t right which worried me until I phoned them. They used to say To Follow on the delivery note, also my account should not have said the missing item had been delivered and given the same return date as the one I received a few days earlier so I’ve docked a star for this issue.

A telephone call from Customer Services complaints management has resulted in a welcome award of a complimentary refund; this in response to my recent complaint about cumulative errors, failed courier collection and the new Evri digitised service.

My faith in Grattan now restored, but I have warned that Evri's new service is going to cause delays and problems for customers trying to return unwanted goods.

Super fast delivery & excellent choice.

Grattan itself is a really good way to shop. The same cannot be said for for delivery company, usually Evri. I have had many issues with this company, including in the last week a parcel was left on our step, no effort was made to knock door or ring bell.

I have been using grattan for more years than I can remember. They are a great company, I have never had a problem, they provide good quality items at a reasonable price. Their delivery times are great and their returns are easy to do. I would highly recommend them. First class service.

Waiting time for delivery as now deteriorated takes at least 5days Customer service is awful not helpful and people screaming and shouting in the back ground

Like some of your other reviewers I've shopped with Grattan for a least forty years.They offer a good range of merchandise and because of health issues I like the fact that I can try on at home.Love their better end brands and returns are easy
