Very happy with the guitar I purchased from Guitar Galleries. The instrument is used and its condition is exactly as described online. It had also clearly been thoroughly cleaned and carefully set up.

Shipping was prompt and I received good responses to a couple of follow-up questions.

Better experience than I've had with at least one of the 'big name' online guitar retailers - wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again if I was looking for a particular guitar and they happened to have one in stock.

Easily found what I wanted on the Web Site. Ordering and payments very straight forward. Received goods in perfect condition within 3 days. Always contactable on the telephone for helpful advice. Excellent customer service.

Visited the shop in Scarborough every year so couldn't believe it when ordering that you were one and the same.
The strap is a Christmas present for the hubster so he hasn't seen it yet but I'm really impressed with it (and i dont play)
I know he'll love it.
