My gym membership to a national gym company was cancelled, apparently due to non payment.
I contacted GymFlex and they took it up on my behalf.
The response and resolution was performed within two working days. Great service. A special mention for Bhavna Goel who was so helpful throughout.

Connie was great help, through every hurdle of problems she continued to impress. Would highly recommend.

Connie was extremely helpful and rapidly resolved my issue relating to my gym access. The issue was outside of GymFlex's control but Connie sorted the matter directly with the gym and my access was back up and running in no time! Thanks very much!

Bhavna helped conclude (what was possibly my administrative error) in very quick time and was professional and helpful the whole way through.

I took out a gym membership, through work, in anticipation of being on maternity leave this year to make use of local gyms postnatal classes. Only after did I discover these classes were not covered by my membership and with a newborn I do not have the time or ability to use the services at the gym that are covered. I raised this with gymflex and was helped by Bhavna. Who confirmed that it was not possible to cancel my membership which was 6 months through, but negotiated a pause for me for the next 6 months. This solution should mean I can get the most value out of the membership without wasting the £50 a month I'm paying.

Enquired into changing my Gymflex membership to a different PureGym in the are with Thomas Barnes from the Gymflex Team.

Anticipated it would be a real headache however it couldn’t have been further from the truth. Amazing service and sorted within less than 48 hours.

My work has GymFlex, it’s been a super easy transition. The prices are much cheaper than a regular membership. Bhavna has been super helpful when I’ve needed to upgrade my membership or put on pause. She’s super efficient, informative and lovely to speak to.

I had to transfer to a new Gym as I had moved. Connie was very responsive and helped organise this in no time for me.

I had taken out a gymflex policy with my workplace, however after the first month received no confirmation from the gym I had applied for, confirming my membership. I couldn't get my ID for a month due to not being able to reach anyone at the gym.
Eventually I got the number for Rob who managed to find a policy for me and put me through to the correct people, I was given a month extention for the month that was missed and for the trouble of not finding my policy originally, customer supporter, Bhavna was very helpful for doing this for me and for following back to ensure I had gotten my gym membership successfully

Would probably introduce a new way for customers to get their ID directly from Gymflex as opposed to the respected gyms
