I regret signing up with Gymflex so much, as I am now currently stuck in an expensive membership I can rarely use.

I signed up to a David Lloyd contract, as at the time my work circumstances were steady and I could attend regularly. However, since beginning a new role recently and my work circumstances changing dramatically, I have very little time to attend, and now rarely use the membership.

I asked to cancel, and GymFlex have been unhelpful and not understanding of this. I am incredibly disappointed, even when offering to pay my outstanding balance to get it cancelled. They have claimed there is nothing to be done as I am “in a 12 month contract”. I don’t believe they have even tried to liaise with my gym about this.

I am now stuck in a membership until spring next year, feeling like im just letting money loose in each pay packet! Biggest regret signing up for this.

Had been passed around to sort out a corporate account query but a member of staff called Connie sorted me out so quickly and efficiently and is hopefully helping with another query now.

Had some queries about my gym selection and deal, after quite a lot of back and forth with various people I was put through to Bhavna who quickly understood my issues and provided a solution - even saving me a bit of money on what was previously quoted! Yet to start using the service but from this initial communication with customer service all good!

I had an issue with a gym membership through my company, something was set up that I hadn't confirmed. I got in contact with Gym Flex customer service and Bhavna provided consistent amazing customer service until my issue was resolved. I greatly appreciate the help and have now submitted the desired membership to them.

Sophie has been an amazing help to resolve issues with a joint membership caused when the leisure centre updated its booking system. I contacted the centre directly several times and in addition went in to the front desk to explain the problem however they could not fix the issue that my wife’s membership had disappeared during the update . I remembered that Sophie had helped previously and so I reached out to her , explaining the issue which she resolved immediately. We can now book classes once again 😁

An issue arose with the renewal of my membership with my current club, and they believed it was an issue with GymFlex. Contacted support about this and Bhavna was able to resolve this within the day of raising it. As it turned out, it was something on the clubs side.
