Quick and effective support in resolving my mistake
I had made a small (but important) error when setting up my membership with Gym Flex & within 10 minutes of contacting the team Bhavna had advised a clear way forward for me & instigated action immediately to allow me to correct the error. Very happy with the service. thank you.

Homegym Change
I needed to change my homegym but as I have a corporate membership through work I was unable to do this via the gym app.
I emailed the team and Bhavna dealt with my query very quickly and got the issue resolved for me in a couple of days - thank you for your help!

We recently had an issue with our gym renewal, which was my own fault but Connie went over and above to resolve the issue for us. Connie ensured we had continuation of or membership whilst the administration matters were resolved. We are very grateful to Connie for her efforts and keeping us updated throughout.

The customer services is really great
The customer services is really great! I had an issue with David Lloyd’s Kensington Club and one of the instructors showed unacceptable behaviour so I wanted GymFlex to deal with them to cancel my membership mid year through, which they supported propmptly!

Connie was able to change my membership after I somehow accidentally signed up for the wrong one.
She did it really quickly, liased between all the groups involved, and I had the membership I wanted super fast.
