I had to move gym locations recently, big shoutout to Bhavana who was super helpful.

Initially, my experience was not great, but Sophie (Customer Services Executive) did a brilliant job in handling my membership issue.

She understood how I was being treated unfairly and went out of her way to correct the issue by speaking to the right people. She was outstanding.

Bhavna was super helpful in helping me with my query and reponded promptly as well, which I appreciated immensely.

Connie has been instrumental in helping me resolve my membership issue. I lost access to one of the gyms I regularly visit when its fee increased, but Connie promptly sorted this out with the reassurance that no additional cost would be incurred - and even advised against spending unnecessary money, to my benefit.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Gymflex this year. Although there was a system error that resulted in me being overcharged, their representative Bhavna went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was incredibly proactive, professional, and kind throughout the process—liaising with the gym on my behalf and ensuring the overcharge was refunded. I truly can’t praise her enough. I’m very happy with the outcome and grateful for the excellent support I received.

I had an outstanding experience with Bhanva when sorting out changes to my GymFlex membership. Her customer service was genuinely exceptional, she was patient, proactive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was recently taken ill that required hospital treatment and throughout my time in hospital Bhavna was courteous and provided me with re assurance that my membership could be managed and dealt with the gym preventing me from missing out on my membership.

I had an issue with my kids membership being active after I have cancelled it a couple of months ago at David Lloyds.
I was emailing several people several times Customers Services/ Sales Team at DL and no one was able to help me. it was very frustrating and stressful because DL was still charging me for my kids membership.
Then I talked to GymFlex, the team has offered me help and after another few tries the great team from Gymflex, especially lady called Bhavna resolved my issue once for all:)

I recently had an issue with my gym membership via PureGym. Randomly, I could no longer access my home gym (I have the multi-gym membership). Anyway, I contact GymFlex and a lovely customer service provider called Connie sorted it out within a day. Very pleased with my experience - thank you Connie.

Connie was a huge help - I needed to add my daughter to my gym policy but couldn't see a way to do so myself and nor could the premises manager at my gym ...Connie was a brilliant help and has been able to do this swiftly and simply. Big thank you Connie
