I have contacted GymFlex multiple times regarding different requests (e.g. freezing my membership, changing home gym, etc.). Each time I have had excellent customer service. My most recent experience was with Connie who provided prompt and polite service, helping me to change my home gym in a matter of days. I would highly recommend her service and GymFlex in general!

Excellent service by Connie. Above and beyond. When I had to review my membership due to health reasons, not only did she suspend my membership, but then cancelled it from the day of the suspension. Couldn't have asked for better service. It is a great weight off my mind. Thank you.
