haart - Estate and Lettings Agents Colchester Reviews

Ellie-Marie made the whole process of letting out our flat and onboarding our new tenant a seamless and easy matter. She addressed all our queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and always had the answers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her, and Haart, to others looking to rent out their properties.

Ellie-Marie has been very supportive throughout the process, she addressed my concerns when i raised them and left ,e very satisfied. I appreciate the quick process as well, moved in just on time.

Having dealt with Haart estate agents years ago I was not impressed, but have recently been dealing with LILY BARNES from the Colchester office and cannot praise this young lady for her wonderful and attentive manner in assisting me in my search for a property. Has quite renewed my faith in this estate agency. Thank you

I would like to thank Chris Naya and Jonathan Green at Haart Colchester for being so helpful and professional, both going out of their way to help me with valuations and mortgage advise. A lovely experience all round.

We have been with Haart for more than 15 years and they have been excellent with al aspects of letting the property and managing it.

Carly & holly are the people we dealt with the most but whole team is quite efficient.

I am E. Limistiras from Cyprus, Landlord of a residence in Colchester. Opted to approach Haart Lettings to undertake full management of my house and also find Tenants. Met with Ms. Samantha Beyers in Colchester who supported me all the way. After tenancy was achieved she resolved some issues ref central heading, general house cleaning etc. ensuring Tenants and my self remain fully informed and issues resolved. Excellent service delivery, repairs made swiftly, rent payment received, problem free. I highly recommend her and Haart Letting Company. My personal and professional interaction safely allow me to state how efficient & effective they all are. Well done and THANK YOU.

Very helpful and quick to respond to the notice and emails. Thank you hearts lettings especially Charlotte Fox which acted on my behalf and assisted with my new tenancy in very professional manner but friendly attitude.
Thank you.

I have recently completed a changeover of tenancy, which has thrown up several varied issues over a period of weeks. Throughout this time the support provided by Charlotte Fox, at Haart Colchester, has been exemplary. Always polite, friendly and efficient she has dealt with each issue diplomatically, successfully reconciling the expectations of landlord and tenant. Professional and knowledgeable, she has pursued each issue to its completion thereby providing reassurance to all involved that their concerns have not been forgotten. I have enjoyed working with Charlotte to meet my tenant's needs and she is a fine representative for Haart.

We wanted to give a ‘bouquet’ to Samantha Beyers for helping set up appointments with tenants recently, which gave us peace of mind and less to worry about! 5 star service from another lovely lady on the Haart Lettings team (Clacton & Colchester) Full management is definitely what they offer ! Thank you.

I had the opportunity to meet Charlotte Fox and her professionalism and communication was top notch

Ellie was an excellent agent for assisting us in finding a suitable tenant. I'd asked her for feedback to help us get a quick and reliable let and Ellie was.able.to.give inciteful advice on compromise we could make whilst giving positive reassurance about our efforts to prepare the property for new tenants.

Had a talk with C Fox. The agent quite helpful to me in trying to find a suitable place for renting. Liked.

Samantha Beyers is outstanding with the support she offered managing my property

Thanks very much, Holly, for the speedy renewal of the tenancy of my flat in Colchester. Not only was I able to get an increase on the rent that I receive, but also the tenant agreed to an extension to the tenancy, which suited both our needs. Most impressed with the efficiency and clarity. that Holly brought to this process. Cheers

Great experience working with Chris Naya. He made the buy-to-let mortgage process smooth and straightforward, helping me secure a great deal to grow my property portfolio. Highly professional and knowledgeable—definitely recommend!

I thank Charlotte for her quick response to my email regarding my request to renting house, she has been of assistance towards it, even though I have not gotten my choice amongst the property she has shown me she is making effort to see that I have a good property to rent with my family

Charlotte was helpfull and patient. @75 years old and although l was a computing lecturer/technician at a University (Westminster) I have to say both of the agreements were ' long winded and she was a great help.navigating them.

Samantha Beyers helped with the tenancy extension of our property. The service was fast, orderly and highly professional.
Samantha is very knowledgeable in her field and very subtle and balanced in securing a fair deal for all parties. I highly recommend her.

What an outstanding service from Samantha Beyers, she was very supportive, highly professional and very helpful. She was able to rent out my property quickly.

What a fantastic service from the lettings team especially Victoria Lambert also spoke to Carly but, dealt more with Victoria. Both ladies have been exceptional. Victoria found just the right house for me and my sister, right from booking us a viewing, showing us around and getting us through referencing she was on hand throughout the whole process. Victoria went above and beyond to make sure we got our new home. I can’t thank and praise her enough to say what a professional and caring lady she is. Victoria listened where other agents ignored me. Thank you so much for all your help and understanding.
