First of all they are an excellent source for a huge variety of handles in multiple sizes. However, there customer service is also excellent. They were really helpful and speedy in getting a spare part I needed.

This is the first time I used Handelstore.com. I bought 3 small rounded cupboard knobs in satin nickel for a new cabinet I bought that had dreadful knobs. Handlestore actioned my order very quickly and efficiently. The knobs are of high quality and were wrapped extremely well which protected then through their postal journey. The screws were quite long though but I had the screws from the old knobs which fitted so I used them. Thank you so much Handlestore.com.

I needed replacement lock/handle assembly for my UPVC front door. Handlestore's website was brilliant. Particularly useful was their detailed drawings that included all necessary measurements/dimensions which made selecting the correct model a breeze. I'm very pleased with the quality of the goods supplied. Delivery was also great. Thanks to Handlestore for making this whole process so easy.

Amazing customer service.
I have made a purchase for UPVC windows from them in mid March and only tried to install them 3 weeks later, to find out that the hinges were not "right" for my window. In fact they were right and Alison from their customer service team responded very quickly to my emails and explained where I got it wrong. I could not be happier with the speed of their replies and the level of details in their response. Great team and great customer service from Alison! Alison in Customer Services was there for me from Day 1 when my window handle broke, returning emails quickly, answering questions and responding to photos of the broken handle. She directed me to a great replacement product which was with me less than 24hours after I ordered it. Just brilliant!

Item sent was not useable due to incorrectly manufactured. They agreed. However, they were unwilling to offer me a refund but instead a replacement. This is of no use to me as I had already swapped out with one bought locally. Now I'm left out of pocket and with a new handle that I don't want or need.

My door handle broke on my back door so i googled replacement handles and Handlestore.com come up,. the website was easy to negotiate and the measurements for each handle are clear, making it easy to order the correct handle, will definitely use again

I only needed a few screws, but reading the articles and watching videos I felt re-assured that what I was buying would be the right thing. The whole site has helpful info, is easy to navigate and explains thoroughly. Ordered on line Tuesday, Items were dispatched & landed on my door mat Thursday morning. From my experience I would recommend and use these guys again.

I ordered two items which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one item was badly damaged. I emailed with a photo in the afternoon and by 8.00 the next morning I received a replacement. Outstanding service and great communication from the company. Thank you.

Efficiency of supply. Excellent product, with extremely clear videos of how to fit the handles. You couldn't ask for more. An excellent company and highly recommended. I'm 'an old', 77 year old woman and due to their great video, I was able to fit the handles myself - no need for a handyman.

Absolutely shocking.

I ordered a lovely pair of handles to fit onto my door. The order arrived just fine, and the handles looked lovely. As I went to fit the handles, I noticed that the knobs did not fit onto the metal bar that goes into the door. Upon inspection, I could see the knobs had been badly welded/soldered. This caused the entry point to be too narrow for the metal bar.

I ordered via Amazon but there was no way to contact the seller. I managed to find a website via the Product Support page which allowed me to submit an enquiry. The team got back to me and claimed they do not deal with Amazon enquiries even though their details were on Amazon. I followed all of their steps and screen shots and they were vastly different to what I could see on Amazon. Something shady is definitely up. They are selling defective knobs on Amazon and claiming not to be able to see orders.

I bet you they will respond to this with some sort of excuse, but don't waste your time with this company. Order your handles from a reputable organisation who are happy to support their customers.

Recently one of my window handles broke in two as I attempted to close it. Looking on Handlestore's website I couldn't find an exact replacement. I took a couple of photos of what was left of the original and emailed them to their customer support department. In less than 5 minutes they answered telling me the name of what unit I needed along with a link to the webpage. I ordered with next day DPD delivery and it arrived just after 10:00 am. It was an exact fit and my window is now secure. Fast an efficient service no problem giving them 5 stars.
