Oh my goodness .. I'm thrilled to bits I stumbled across this wonderful company! My door furniture has just been delivered and it's absolutely fabulous. I went with all black this time and the design and quality is just fantastic. Excellent value for money too! I had a few questions about sizes etc and the customer service team couldn't have been more helpful. They've not been fitted yet but I just know there will be no problems whatsoever. Needless to say I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service. Was simple to find the exact replacement uPVC item I needed for my specific window.

I bought 3 bathroom handles Z77 along with 10 other types of handle. The bathroom handles have a thumbturn, but the thumbturn spindle is too short to fit a standard 35mm door like mine. I emailed customer service but they don't have longer spindles or anything else that would help - all they offered was to return for a refund. I don't want to do that now, because I've already fitted the other 10 handles, and I'd have to get all of them replaced or they would not match.

Update: 31 March 2023: After emailing Customer Services, Karen sent me 3 new thumbturn spindle assemblies which fit. Problem solved.

Quick delivery and as advertised.

Prompt attention to my request for a change of order and refund to follow. Dispatch and delivery as promised and quality materials.

I ordered 4 handles and the images did not have the handle store logo on the handle itself.
When it arrived surprisingly it turned out it had a handle store logo that could not be removed and they refused a refund on the grounds that at the time of purchase the web site showed the handle with a logo.

Even today the web site shows the handle without a logo something claimed to be updated two weeks ago but this is not the case.

I wish there was a way to retrospectively prove this but its there word against mine sadly.

They have a great selection of handles and their website is very easy to use, with filters to help you narrow down your searches.

The product descriptions are excellent, showing several photos of each item as well as a diagram showing various measurements. I felt confident that the handle I ordered would fit, and it did.

Price are good, and delivery is trackable. I used the 2-4 day delivery option and the handle turned up in under 48 hours.

All in all, excellent!

Slowly changing the locks in our home / outbuildings. We had a problem with the third set of keyed alike locks and I contacted customer service for help.
I was really impressed. They offered to have the locks collected, sorted and returned. This was done very efficiently and quickly, with me being kept informed of progress. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you!

I’ve had great service and great quality products from Handlestore before. A recent issue with supply of mismatched products was resolved quickly after just one phone call. I will definitely use them again.

We had been shopping around for door handles and when we come across handle store we thought the price was too good to be true…
Our order arrived today and we are so pleased with the quality !! We saved ourself over £100 on door handles going to handle store, HIGHLY recommend

Very poor delivery times. Placed an order on 9th December which still hasn’t arrived today 19th December. Emailed customer service, but response was that all orders are delayed due to postal strikes. However, the postal strikes have been well publicised and suppliers are aware of when they are happening, so why not use alternative carriers? Since placing this order, I have ordered from various other suppliers, who have managed to get deliveries to me on maximum of two to three days, in some cases overnight.
Will definitely learn from this experience and not use Handlestore again.

Excellent customer service they helped me choose the correct letter box for my needs, it was delivered next day and was exactly what it said on the box and was the exact replacement for my letterbox which I fitted the same day.
Excellent service and product

I ordered servers handles for new doors that we are installing in our house. All come on time and as expected very nice handles quality and feel for a very reasonable price- so much so we needed some more for other doors we are purchasing unfortunately I ordered the wrong type and had to have these returned which was very simple and had emails to confirm these have been received back with them and the refund will be processed. All received very easy and quick I’ve already told them I’ll be ordering the correct type asap. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service experience! I ordered replacement door handle and letter box. They arrived the next day and I fitted them the following day. When cleaning them after fitting I noticed a fault on the letter box. I emailed their customer service supported with a photograph. A FOC replacement arrived two days later. Unbelievable in this day and age. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family!
