Get a private suv and it’s a MUST that you ask for CARLOS GARCIA or JAIME LAURA. Happy shuttle must have grabbed these guys from Ritz Carlton! Absolutely the best choferes I’ve ever had period! Customer for life now because of these guys.

I would probably not use them again. Glad I experienced it before I sent my clients. Wait time despite private transfers. Customer service was almost non existent.

Great price for a private shuttle. They monitored our incoming flight and saw it was delayed and still had a car for us within 5 minutes of exiting baggage claim. The drivers to and from my resort were friendly and knowledgeable about things to do and not to do in Cancun. Will definitely book with them again

Saw a lot of good reviews for Happy Shuttle Cancun and their prices were better than what my friends were paying on the same trip for a different shuttle. The service was exactly as ordered. The instructions they provided were spot on. Exited the airport, found the person with the green shirt, they verified my reservation and sent me to the numbered spot I needed to go to. After maybe 5-10 minutes (at most) a driver loaded us in a private van and took us to our hotel. They also confirmed our pickup time for the return trip. I actually ended up changing our pickup time during the week but it was easy to contact them and they promptly rescheduled it. Driver was on-time for our trip back to the airport five days later.

We had a tricky situation… we had a party of 6 in total .. but one traveller was arriving at a different terminal..
Happy shuttle provided us with great instructions for the loan traveller and picked him up first…and the shuttle was seamless..

The best shuttle company in Cancun. Not sure about the negative experiences that have been written, but this company excels in communication, directions, and timeliness. The directions on finding greeters are explicitly written out. We never had a problem finding the greeters who checked us in and directed us to our shuttle driver. The prices are competitive and drivers are polite and personable. We have taken this shuttle for both of our trips to Cancun and the service is A+

I have no idea what these other folks are complaining about. Made the initial reservation on-line about 2 months before the trip. I sent them a bunch of emails to try and figure out the best time as we were meeting the Ferry to Cozumel and they answered each one promptly and with great/accurate information. We arrived, they had my name and we waited about 15 minutes for our driver and as the airport was packed, I had no problem with the wait. We were 4 with a lot of fishing gear and they handled everything with expediency and respect. Dropped us off and made very clear where we needed to meet them for the return. They stayed in touch via email and text and me and my fellow travelers thought the pricing was just fine. Would not hesitate to use again and again.

We booked a round trip shuttle ride from cancun airport to dreams natura hotel. Both of the drivers were on time, personable, and handled our luggage with care. They had the car seat as we had requested. When I called to change the departure time prior to our return trip, the service was good and I received an email confirmation. Would use them again.

Smooth transfer at airport, representatives were helpful and easy to find after exiting the arrivals area. Will be using the service next time we are traveling to Cancun.

Arrival went super smooth, they communicated well with me via WhatsApp. We waited barely 5 minutes for car arrival and travel was without a problem. Very nice vehicle. Pick up from our resort was on time and great as well. Email communication prior to arrival was very thorough. Would not hesitate to book again. See you in a few months for our next trip!

The Airport reps for Happy were the opposite, very unprofessional and not genuine. Basically liars because we waited 35 mins for a driver.

I have moved on to a more dependable transport company in Cancun.

From the moment we booked, Happy Shuttle Cancun made the whole experience feel easy. The communication was clear, professional, and thorough — we knew exactly where to meet our driver before we even stepped off the plane. No stress, no confusion, just a smooth arrival.
We flew into Cancun and were heading to Playa del Carmen — about a 45-minute drive — and I'm so glad we chose a private transfer over a group shuttle or the community bus. It made such a difference. The van was comfortable, the drive was relaxed, and we even pre-ordered a couple of cold cervezas for the ride to the hotel. Honestly, the perfect start to a vacation.
Departure was just as seamless. Same reliability, same clear communication, same great experience heading back to the airport.

The drivers were very nice and friendly. They did a Great job. ..The only thing is I think it cost too much for where I was located.

We had used Happy Shuttle with a good experience so booked them again when returned to Cancun last Feb. we were extremely disappointed this time. We waited for more than an hour in the heat to be taken to our hotel. They blamed it on an accident delaying our shuttle yet several (5 v) groups who arrived after us boarded shuttles before us. I spoke with the supervisor and even reached out to the office. They said drivers are assigned when we check in with the shuttle staff and it’s our driver who was delayed. No one could explain why they could not change our driver. Shuttle staff at the airport said it was an operational policy out of their control. Poor experience. Should not have happened snd no one affiliated wit Happy Shuttle was willing to do munching to compensate me for the poor experience.

Excellent service

If I could give zero stars I would. They ripped me off on my travel to the airport. The pick up guy informed me the whole time then tried to charge me double to still take me to airport. I paid the company before hand and had to pay for a taxi on top of it

Professional and prompt service. Respectful and safe drivers. Absolutely no issues finding them at the airport if you know what you're looking for. They also confirmed return pick up time in advance. Would use their service again.
