What an absolute waste of time and money. Not able to take us to location, not worth taking back. So many reasons not to use them to list.

Personalized excellent service in a chaotic airport

I have used Happy Shuttle on several occasions and found their service to be excellent. Notes: Cancun airport is (on many occasions) chaotic. You may feel intimidated by it. Push on and find the Happy Shuttle representatives. They have to contact your driver and call the vehicle forward ~ this takes a minute ~ but with hundreds of passengers arriving the private transportation providers must wait their turn. I have even had to make changes and found Happy Shuttle to be helpful and responsive. My multiple experiences have been great and I’ll soon book again.

Happy Shuttle is our go to shuttle service in Mexico. Always the best prices, and the friendliest drivers.

We have used their shuttle twice. The first roundtrip to Playa del Carman-no problems, on time both ways. 2nd time went from airport to Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen to about 1.5 south, picked up there on final departure to the airport. Never had a problem. Drivers were kind and friendly. We are going back in Oct and we will be using them again.

It took forever to get a shuttle. Once we got there we met the representative but only the. Did they request a shuttle and we had to wait over 30 minutes for it to arrive. Will not use again!

Cancun ground transpo is super busy, but Happy Shuttle agents were easy to find. Had to wait 10 minutes at airport for our ride, but that's nothing to complain about. Our driver arrived a few minutes early at the resort for our return trip from Playa del Carmen. Coming and going was smooth and quick. Both drivers were friendly and we enjoyed both rides.

Just thought i would add a review. Price was very affordable that was a very big plus. When we arrived at about 6pm on a Wednesday and once getting through the gauntlet to find the rep for Happy Shuttle it took a fee minutes to find her. Then we had to wait for about 45 minutes until we're able to leave to the resort. The rep was very uniformed and not very helpful as to why we had to wait so long before departing. Once in the shuttle the beverages we had prepaid for were inside and ice cold which were excellent. The commute to the resort was quick ans efficient.

The return portion was simple and on time which was also extremely pleasing.

Overall it was ok just need the reps to be better informed as to why delays happen and should always keep their customers informed.

We had no problems with this company. They picked us up and the personnel from arriving to driving were very personable. We used them going and coming from the airport to our hotel.

We have used Happy Shuttle on many occasions. This last scheduled pick up for a trip back to the Cancun airport was 30 minutes late. We had to call Happy Shuttle and they sent another driver. We asked what caused the delay and were told the driver just didn't come. Not sure we'll be using Happy in the future.

Have been using Happy Shuttle for years. Never a bad experience. Yes you might have to wait 10-15 minutes at the airport but traffic can affect that. Very professional. Pick up on the return has always been prompt if not early.

We got into Cancun in March during spring break since my wife and I work in the school system in Chicago area. Yes our driver was late but we understand since it’s spring break. The driver Jose was great and very friendly and he apologize to used. He reminded me so much of my father and his name is also Jose. I will used this company again.

Used Happy Shuttle twice, 2024 and 2026, and first time was perfect second time had delays from airport, no big deal, but pick up back to airport was on time and flawless both times.

Terrible. Happy Shuttle did not show up on time and we were scamed by locals that said they called Happy and they were very late. So we got in a taxi with an incredibly expensive billing. DON'T USE HAPPY SHUTTLE!

I would have to say it worked really well for us, the communication, the pickups and dropoffs were fine, the airport is a little chaotic, but it wasn't hard to find our pickup coordinator and on our way in 10 minutes. It was easy to book and communicate. I would personally use these folks again. Not sure about others but worked for us.

Absolute Rip-Off!!!

Terrible experience from start to finish.

When we arrived, the greeters were hard to find, disorganized, and not personable. After already waiting over an hour for our luggage, we were told the shuttle wasn’t even there yet — with no timeline provided and our requests for an updated ETA were ignored.

We also paid extra for beverages, which were not available. When we asked about them, we were told we’d have to wait even longer if we wanted what we already paid for. No apology, no accountability — just told we could take a taxi at our own expense.

The return trip was even worse. When our flight was briefly delayed, we requested pickup at 2:30 instead of 1:30. When the flight time reverted back, they refused to come at 1:30 and said it “wasn’t their problem” that 2:30 left us extremely tight for our flight. We asked for a refund since they couldn’t get us to the airport on time — denied.

Long waits, missing paid amenities, dismissive staff, zero customer service, and refusal to refund despite failing to deliver what was promised.

Would never recommend. Save your money and book literally anything else.

Trust the reviews here. Avoid. Unreliable. Showed up 30+ mins late with no notice for pick up from hotel to airport AND instead of a shuttle, got a small damaged passenger car.
