I needed to have my engagement ring and wedding ring resized as I was no longer able to remove them easily due to arthritis. I also took along a couple of family heirlooms to understand value and likely cost if I wanted to have them enlarged.
I felt care was taken to explain everything clearly and I didn’t feel rushed into making any decisions.
I was delighted with the service I received which was knowledgeable, efficient and speedy.

Great service, they repaired my wedding ring after losing one of its diamonds and it came back like brand new! The prices were fair and the service was excellent! Totally recommend it!

I had two rings, with stones, which I no longer wore. The stones comprised two diamonds, 4 dark blue sapphires and two pink sapphires. HGW listened to my request to use the stones and to create a ring with a modern setting; I am so pleased with the result. A CAD was produced so I could see what the end product would look like and I was kept informed. HGW were wonderful to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

The team were professional and helpful and wanted to make sure I would be happy with the outcome (ring resizing) as my ring had an unusual band. The result is fantastic. You cannot see where they worked on the ring, they cleaned and polished it and it looks fabulous. I would use this team again on any jewellery.

The workshop remodelled/created a new wedding ring for me using the diamonds from my original ring following a botched remodel elsewhere.

I was impressed by how knowledgeable and caring the staff were, from my walk in chat with Hannah to my full consultation with Mike that covered every detail. They also repaired and resized my mother's 60 year old engagement ring. She is very happy with the result. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Could not have been better. I went in for a consultation on a jewellery clean and didn't feel any pressure to buy and all options were given to me. The gentleman helping me even told me what the hallmarks on my ring meant. Wonderful and will certainly go back next time!

I had an excellent experience with Hatton Garden Workshop. I brought in an engagement ring that originally belonged to my partner's grandmother and needed to be restored and resized. I received very good and very transparent advice and the work was completed beautifully within a week. I would certainly use them again.
