Excellent customer service. I was given a quote with no obligation. I was kept informed throughout the repair. High quality workmanship, the final outcome beat my expectations, the ring had the wow factor restored to it. The whole process felt very professional. Highly recommend this company.

I went to several jewellers in Manchester who told me my vintage engagement ring could not be sized down (it was a big adjustment) as it would loosen the settings and the stones would fall out. I had read the reviews for the workshop online and hoped that they would be able to help me. Best decision!
I didn't have an appointment but I couldn't have had a better experience, they were so helpful.

Rowan examined the ring and took me through my options. She was kind, patient and I think could tell I was anxious, thinking the ring couldn't be adjusted or something would go wrong. The adjustment was completed in a week and I am blown away by how well it sits on my finger and it looks brand new. When I picked the ring up the workshop were honest and reduced the original quote as it wasn't as difficult a job as they previously thought. Cannot thank Rowan or the workshop enough!
I will be going back to have my wedding band made by them.

We had wedding rings resized and were very happy with the process and outcome. One ring was adjusted a few sizes, the other one had quite a big adjustment.

We were give lots of information when choosing the right size depending on the shape of the ring, the weight, the weather etc - who knew there was so much to take into consideration and so many sizes.

Would definitely recommend based on our experience.

Hatton Garden Workshop were amazing to work with. I needed to get my engagement ring resized and was turned down by a few jewellers because of the pavé bad. However, HGW were able to do it with no issues and at a very decent price

Asked them to resize a vintage family ring & they did a wonderful job! Very impressed by the service and affordability.

The team refitted a dislodged stone in a silver ring for me and it looks great again.

I couldn’t have had a better experience with the Hatton Garden workshop. I needed to repair my late mother’s engagement ring and am over the moon with the result. Very reasonably priced and they even kindly unravelled a necklace free of charge. Thanks so much for giving this ring of sentimental value a new lease of life! Very trustworthy and friendly staff.

Mike explained the situation on how to repair my ring, he said it was probably impossible to do but managed to get it repaired, He was very honest about the possibility of more damage but there was none and he managed to get it done for my big day
